Two questions: I’ve never ordered from Door Dash because I have no idea what to tip. What is the average tip to deliver to a Hotel?
Also, how is it possible to smell all that delicious food for hours, and not use all your earnings ordering food for yourself? I’m not sure my willpower is strong enough. Love your channel by the way.

I’m glad you love the channel! 😊 About the tip I think some of it depends on the size of the order but I think $5 would be generous and very appreciated for an order getting dropped at a hotel room. And you know, sometimes it is hard to resist and I do allow myself to order food once in awhile but I’ve gotten better at just smelling the smells and enjoying them. It also helps to keep a drink, coffee or tea and something to sip on while driving around to distract me from the food lol

Can you explain what this Doordash thingy is for us Europeans? Is this like WOLT and FOODORA? I tried to google it, but it's not quire clear. You are a delivery-person, and deliver for McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Subway, Starbucks etc.? Or it's more like a retail thingy, like Tesco, Walmart, carefour and those bigger supermarkets? Only food, or other stuff, too? Is this a full/part time job, as an employee, or are you basically self-employed? How is the business tax for you guys, what percentage of your income goes to government? These 10 000 bucks a week sound like a dream salary, but then again, no idea how much tax you guys pay afterwards. Here it's around 20 percent, so I guess it's pretty much the same everywhere. Would love to see an update on that, too. Keep up the good work, I love your videos.

Thank you for the encouragement! I’m basically an independent contractor and DoorDash sends me orders that I choose to accept or decline. There are many restaurants that use the DoorDash platform, and also liquor stores, pharmacies and other types of stores. For taxes, it is also around 20%, and there is a tax deduction available for mileage, which is about 65 cents per mile. I hope this helps!

I dint see how you can make money doing this when you factor your petrol and car wear and tear into the calculation. Do you also pay tax on this? If not I suppose that helps.

I know you dasher want to make the most money but when you take 2 or 3 orders peoples food is cold, you don’t think about that. But if you were waiting on food and had to be the 2nd or 3rd drop off imagine how your food is ice cold. This is why I always pay the $2.99 fee to get it straight to me. No Im not being mean but when you pay the inflated prices only to get cold food..anyway. Good job making money

I don't mean to be a jerk. You seem very sweet. Please don't take my comment in a bad way. You were available almost 12 hours for $105. Wouldn't it be more profitable to get a job in fast food? Your channel mentions nomadic lifestyle. Maybe a fast food job would tie you down to a certain location. I just feel for you working all day and not really reaping rewards. How much gas did you use against that $105? How much wear and tear did it put on your car that will cost you in the long run? There's gotta be a better gig.
