I'm so fascinated and proud of the fact that the 4th gen has been ruled mostly by women lately, in the sense of music trends, award shows, the songs with the most wins, the most talked about groups. I've been a fan of kpop for a fairly long time and seeing this is something i used to dream about. let's keep showing women's talents and the art they're. let's keep supporting each other, learning from each other. let's stop envying other girls instead let's start being inspired by them. let's break the mold, the generational courses and the unfair standards!

its even worse because twerking is not inherently sexual. its a bunch of layers of racism and stereotypes and sexism that backlashes everyone. Wearing shorts and a crop top isn't even remotely sexual. Skin is an organ we all have but they love to ostracize it. I just hate these people because they lack sense and understanding. if they think something, nothing you can say will change it. They only care if it affects them. But i truly wish recovery on their life, because they have to be miserable to be so disgusting to a person.
And they will go on and torment these poor girls until they end up like sulli.

I’m sorry but the double standards like literally are so bad💀💀 like a female idol gets dragged face first in the mud cause she ate a strawberry with 2 hands while male idols could commit a crime while doing aegyo or some shit and people would adore it💀💀

♡ thank you for the video, as a woman, I loved it. ♡

Wow. I cant stop crying. These women are amazing and deserve the world! When Sulli showed up, i couldnt do it I just started sobbing. Sulli did NOT deserve all the hate she got. Same thing with other female idols. People need to respect them and realize that they are human too. And some people think that if they dont fit into the beauty standards, then they are immediately ugly. Thats definitely not true. The women of kpop are definitely talented and amazing! My heart goes out to all them.

It piss me off when people claim that there's no double standards in general in both women and men but also in kpop industry, think about It: you can't deny that when male idols do provocative dance moves or going shirtless on stage they get praised but when female idols does the same they get sl*t shamed, male idols get involved into scandals and anybody can find an excuse for protecting them, while female idols are getting bashed for everything they do. When people will realize It, It would be too late. Be real, i stand and i will protect every woman from every mysoginyist actions.

a bit of a long rant so i'm sorry, this video was beautifully made and it made me think. i'm always sad when i see these women get hate. for what they wear, how they age, discussions of how much they weigh, how they act even if they did nothing wrong; it's not just in the kpop industry, it's for every woman in the world. i'm always tired for these same old fanwars, how misogyny is prevelant in both bg stans and gg stans. how fans of respective girl groups sl*t shame and degrade other women to uplift their own. It hurts to see. It feels like a cycle, they need to find a woman to hate to make them feel better about theirselves as all those women are more sucessful than they'll ever be. Irene getting hate for reading a book about feminism reminded me about this. Or the hate trains towards IVE's Wonyoung and Itzy's Yuna over practically nothing. The hatred towards Blackpink's self expression in clothing. How they treat Jeongyeon's health, how Soojin was falsely accused. Sulli standing up for what she believes in, Hwasa not letting the strict standards of the idol industry define her. The eating disorders that are so normalised and how the older men hosts in variety shows treat them and judge their appearance. (Last part said by former Momoland's Daisy.) These are all strong women. I feel some people lose all morals when it comes down to a thing such as their favorite kpop group. It's not that hard to be a decent person, not liking the way they sing or how they perform shouldn't lead to such horrible things like this. But I digress, fan wars have always been a thing and sometimes violence is included in that. It just hurts to witness. Thank you for this lovely video.
