I am from Hong Kong, just worked at customer service hotline almost one year, but I still have difficulty to handle the customers, even I can speak english but not pro at all, the situation that I experienced really familiar with the customer who speak in Cantonese, Lol , this is the best video I've watched, I love this role play video very much, and for sure I feel more confident to do better conversation with the rude customer, really appreciate that, and I learn a lot, many thanks, I would watch the rest of the videos later. Wow this kind of calls make me feel frustraited lol but this make me remember when i was working in t mobile and all the time I received a lot of call with angry customers😢
This is not how an angry customer really is. One they don't stop talking, they don't give any information that is usable, and asking questions just makes them angrier.
