    Well, what a such lack of empathy from the representative is shown in this roleplay.
    Guys, for real. Do NOT answer like a robot don't be so hermetic, that always gets the customer angrier. In my very own experience.

    Wow this kind of calls make me feel frustraited lol but this make me remember when i was working in
    t mobile and all the time I received a lot of call with angry customers😢

    I am from Hong Kong, just worked at customer service hotline almost one year, but I still have difficulty to handle the customers, even I can speak english but not pro at all, the situation that I experienced really familiar with the customer who speak in Cantonese, Lol , this is the best video I've watched, I love this role play video very much, and for sure I feel more confident to do better conversation with the rude customer, really appreciate that, and I learn a lot, many thanks, I would watch the rest of the videos later. The picture of rude customers is hilarious😂😂

    This is not how an angry customer really is. One they don't stop talking, they don't give any information that is usable, and asking questions just makes them angrier.

      Some customers are truly impossible to handle. I agree on that.

    I also want the video when customers are angry but the causes are actually on their side.. ex. the bill was correct but he's still angry
