That's a great question! In most legal systems, including those in the United States, a plaintiff typically has the right to appeal a verdict if they believe it was unfair or if they feel that justice was not served. However, there are specific procedures and criteria that must be met for an appeal to be considered by a higher court.
Judge Jury is a group (12 people ) that helps to give a fear decision . Attorney, lawyer, solicitor or barrister ( a person who knows laws how to help a person) Verdict is getting to the truth. Plaintiff is the complaint. Defendant is the accused .
Here are some basic differences. 1) Lawyer: General term for anyone trained and licensed to practice law. 2) Attorney: A lawyer who can represent clients in court. 3) Advocate: A specialist attorney representing clients in higher courts (specific to some jurisdictions). 4) Legal Officer: Provides legal advice within an organization and ensures compliance with laws.
Assalam o Alaikum! I'm doing A levels and my primary subject is law and I want to become a judge. I am really worried about it because this subject terminology is really hard and I am weak in english so How I practice for law subject.😢🥶😭
I hope you can fulfill your dream of becoming a judge. Shadowing practice using the sentences in this video is one way to help you practice. Read the sentences out loud. This will help you remember the vocabulary and improve your pronunciation. 👍
