    Can a plaintiff appeal when they feel like the verdict was unfair or that justice was not served?

    • @SingleStepEnglish
      @SingleStepEnglish  8 месяцев назад +3

      That's a great question!
      In most legal systems, including those in the United States, a plaintiff typically has the right to appeal a verdict if they believe it was unfair or if they feel that justice was not served.
      However, there are specific procedures and criteria that must be met for an appeal to be considered by a higher court.
