Invading parliament: Putin's idea?

Within some last years there have been several parliament invadings by a crowd. In 2020 happened numerous of them: in Serbia, Kyrgystan, Georgia, Germany, Armenia. All the countries have pretty complicated relationships with Russia.
Russian bots called trumpists to come to Washington DC in Jan. 6th. Numerous Russians took part of the invading Capitolium. Coincidence?
