You re right, I also add a note. The “ poliziottesco” was a low budget movie so likely the production chose “expendable” used cars . Today any BMW 02 (or even the cheaper Taunus Coupé) could be a valuable item for some enthusiast

I think the 02 series was the best looking BMW saloon car ever made. However, I don't believe it could push a heavier Ford away.
