  • Welcome to this video! So excited to share something that has helped me A LOT recently:
    1. Dissolving scar tissue in my BELLY
    2. Constipation
    This is a method called Block Therapy. The founder Deanna Hansen is one of the most knowledgeable persons I know regarding fascia (and scar tissue and adhesions). If you havent checked out their channel, please do! / fluidisometrics
    To practice this you need:
    1. A quite space
    2. A (yoga) mat
    3. A towel
    4. 8 minutes
    Here is a link to a guided belly position instruction video guided by Deanna and her partner Quinn.
    • Why we start Block The...

    You'll find every little thing about how to improve scar tissue as well as prolapse treatment without surgery on my channel.

    I can't tell you how thankful I am to you for sharing this information with us. This is the only video on this platform that I feel will really help. Last November i had a 21 cm cyst removed from my abdomen. A few months after the surgery I noticed i get these very severe contraction type pains in my stomach everyday. Also my stomach still looks very large even with diet and exercise. I am very hopeful that doing this consistently with clear up whatever it is thats going on in my stomach. My surgeon told me its seromas and its normal but im not happy with that because all of this has been life changing. Again i appreciate you for sharing this🙏.

    I felt a difference after just one time doing this. I have a full scar from a hysterectomy and 3 other laparoscopic scars, so have been concerned about scarring. Hi again, I went down the rabbit hole of fascia rejuvenation methodology. I found Ashley Black fascia blaster ruclips.net/video/ZQymfHISHkw/видео.html
    I'm considering buying a fascia blaster' as a massage device. The resultant bruising looks a bit intimidating but apparently that's part of the healing/blood flow necessary for healing fascia. Also, have you googled 'Anna Crowle'? She is a UK pelvic floor physio who agrees that kegels make prolapse worse. I also am interested in 'Dynamic Contraction Technique' which is marketed as a resistance stretching method for pelvic pain. Love your work, so much and I'm on my personal research journey too.

      @moonrisefilippa_en  2 года назад +1

      Yeah, isn't it fascinating! I have only used the fascia blaster one time when a practitioner used it. I had a good experience. I know Anna! She is such a pioneer. Dynamic Contraction Technique looks like yoga to me (depending on who is the teacher :) Thanks for sharing all your findings! Please keep us posted on your exploration.

      I have a lot of internal scar tissue from 2 cesareans- have had back pain, trouble standing up straight and hardness under the skin in my lower abdominals. I have had ultrasounds, X-rays, fascia work (so painful!) and physical therapy. Nothing has worked! I tried this today and felt extremely nauseous after. Is that normal?
