I'm on a healthy lifestyle journey and my personal consultant has educated me on gluten aka wheat. She has helped me discover that gluten is absolutely awful for us. Gluten has been linked to many physical and mental illnesses and disorders. I am now gluten free and I have seen tremendous changes in my body, mind, and spirit! Since July 2014, I have went from 206lbs to 162lbs. I have also come off of medications for anxiety and major depressive disorder. I feel better than I have in years and I'm well on my way to my target weight of 135lbs and a lifetime of health and wellness. I know you ladies are into eating healthy so I just thought I would share part of my story with you!
you guys are so lucky to have each other. I'm the only female sibling and the oldest so I didn't have a sister to bond with. I got married at 22, and I'm now 27 wishing I could live that life. marriage changes everything trust me. no more mall outings when you want, and no more dressing how you used too. I miss going into Alta and not having to tell my spouse how much money I'm spending on the products I want. we both make money but nothing goes out without approval from each other. we make over a hundred grand a year and have no bills really but we still live like we are broke. guess that's how we're going have a huge savings eventually. but I went from glam makeup and hair care products to walmart only hair products, which is working itself out and walmart makeup, except for the foundation. cherish this time you guys have together like this. your lives are amazing, don't rush to marriage or children lol. thank god I don't have kids yet.

Love you guys apt decor! You should do an apt tour! But I eat wheat pasta all the time, especially for my spaghetti. You get used to the taste (which isn't bad at all) and it becomes normal! Plus adding tons of veggies with it like spinach mushrooms tomatoes etc
