You guys did a GREAT job painting. I painted my entire room charcoal gray once. I used to call it my dungeon because of how dark it was with my curtains closed. I did not have the patience to do the taping so I just went around the windows and outlets with a small brush and did everything else with a roller. It came out perfect! I have moved since then, but everyone I go to my mom's house I sit in my dungeon 😊

Atlanta isn't ridiculously expensive because I live here as well. But if you work hard towards your goals you can get nice things in life.

You sit down with an agent, tell them which neighborhoods you like, price range, bedrooms, features, amenities, etc. They will then pull a database of apartments based on your preferences. All that's left for you to do is tour the properties and find one that you really like. Even if you don't have a clue where you specifically want to live, they're pretty familiar with all the neighborhoods/properties in the metro area and can help you narrow it down. I moved to Atlanta 2 years ago and they helped me find my perfect place. Hope this helps...good luck!

Yayyyyyyy, I finally have inspiration on how to do my apartment. My twin sister and I share an apartment as well similar to the layout, however her room is completely on the other side. That Gray paint was everythinggggggg. You both did a wonderfullll job.
Gorgeous place! My only concern are those racks for the closets. Hang up ONE too many things and those poles attached to the wall will bend then collapse everything. My mom's friend had to saw pieces of wood to go directly under the racks, then drill the wood into the wall. Now it won't budge lol. Random but true story.
