I'm the same way about sleeping with a fan. I have mine on year-round. I need air to circulate in the room, and I hate being hot when I sleep.
I thought I was the only one who kept a fan on year round. my mom hates it so much but without the fan I wouldn't get a good night's sleep.

When you have a sore throat that means you are lacking zinc. My physician told me that. I take 50mg as soon as I feel my throat getting sore and within 2 or three hours my throat isn't sore anymore. In regards to the fan, I totally agree. I have to sleep with the fan also. LOL.
Or the dryness in you home will cause your throat to be dry. A pot of water, steaming on the stove will help with dryness.
+Tina Stewart Yes some zinc lozenges and shot of vitamin c, help you get better super fast! I like to get the CVS brand vitamin c berry 100mcg gummies or the 250 mcg gummies. I'm so in love with the vitamin gummies!!! When it comes to my throat I have to get rid of it fast because I work from home taking calls 8 hrs a day, so my voice is my money maker, lol.
I have a tip on melting your cheese... try flipping your toaster on its side and place bread and cheese in one slot and bread and Turkey in the other...but be careful it will fly out so try to catch it... lol

+ms.kissed pin curl it it'll have a slight loose curl.to it but it'll fall. you can get a good 2 and half or 3 weeks out of it. wrapping it didn't work for me either. my hair puffed the next day lol. pin curling it with a Bobbi pin saved my life .

Enjoy watching your videos! I also make that turkey sandwich along with the spinach, but I put it on the small George Foreman grill with a little butter to heat it up. If you don't have the grill, you can put it in a small frying pan with oil or butter like you're making a grilled cheese. It's absolutely delicious.
After watching this video I went to trader joes because i wanted to give that sandwich a try. I added avocado and a sweet chilli sauce and it turned out AMAZING!! its my new go to meal. thank ladies!!

The dark chocolate almond milk is soooo good! They have it in individual "juice box like" packaging in the hot chocolate aisle -- not in the cold section (well at Publix).

Oh Kendra before you said you have already did a video on that look, I was like ohoooo I want a tut of this look. The eyes are so pretty. I usually don't do brown/dark lips, but this is pretty. It looks like you have a shimmer on the lids. Still so pretty.
