  • Zelda II: The Adventure Of Link - All Bosses, Part 2 of 2 (VHS/NES Capture Version).
This is a rundown of all the boss fights in Zelda II: The Adventure Of Link.
The boss title picture screens were all captured and edited by myself using a Zelda II ROM image and emulator (And since I have both the Discovery & History Channels, and I've seen their prison documentaries, I won't mention anything else on which software was used to do all this :) ).
    Some key notes to remember:
This was done around 2004 and was intended to be used as a walkthrough aid, which is why a lot of the boss fights are somewhat drawn out with different techniques and Magic spells used. I also give the viewer (That's YOU!) a good sense of what different boss hits will do (i.e.: How far Link flies when nailed with a mace).
All done on the original front-loader NES. Feel the nostalgicness of it all.
0:17 - 0:39: And then, the Great Palace...
0:50 - 1:52: This should look very familiar if you've been watching any of my other video game videos. This is the same fight that can be found here: • Zelda II: The Adventur...
2:17 - 4:10: A pretty good and fun fight with Ganon, although not the most entertaining one. I once went toe-to-toe with the formless one a few weeks prior to this one that went straight down to the wire and was the most fun I've ever had! There is also a cut in the video because I stopped on the right-hand side of the screen to wait for Ganon to advance and he never did. Ninety seconds of dead video is kind of dull, so I cut that part.
4:11 - END: Enjoy the end sequence!
    And thanks for dropping by!

@VaatiTheWindDemon There is something to be said about VHS, but I'll still take my near-DVD-quality HDD/DVD recorder any day :) Too bad there wasn't anything like it in the 80's and early/mid-90's to capture any of the good stuff (Cartoons and video game-wise), but there is something magical about watching original recordings on VHS from back in the day.

I think the closest I'll ever come to reviewing this or any other interest may be a behind the scenes/making of kind of thing detailing how much effort I put into all videos I upload (Where applicable). I often tell people that I have a face for radio... I just wish I had the voice for radio :-P ... Although those two attributes of mine are more than likely a matter of opinion.
I would just need to dress up any review/narration in a way that would maximize my current skill in that area :)

Nice job on the final fight, even though Shadow Link is the easiest boss. All you have to do is crouch in the corner and stab. The next to last though, OMG, I hate that stupid thing so much!
