Toonami, 1999 - Toonami: Space Is The Place

In the year 1999, space was definitely the place for Toonami fans. We were treated to cut Mobile Suit: Gundam Wing episodes in the afternoon, and semi-un-cut episodes at night for the "Toonami: The Midnight Run" showing.
For a lot of us Anime fans, it was our first taste of "un-cut" Anime, and when you're 15-17 years old and you hardly had any media at your fingertips, man, this was just the epitome of "whoa, cool." (Remember: Things like YT didn't exist and P2P, believe it or not, hadn't quite been invented yet.)
My older sister and I had real fun watching the "cut" vs. "un-cut" airings while also making bets as to which dialogue and scene dynamics would change between them. All-in-all, just a fun, magical time while growing up.
(I'm fairly sure this is from Toonami 1999, but I'm wanting to say this was more so around mid-2000. If I'm wrong, please let me know!)

This video is from mid-2000 because Gundam wing didn't premier on Cartoon Network till 2000. Regardless, it still remains my favorite Toonami music video.

when i had downloaded this to mp3 disks,lol, it was 2003 so i would say 2000-2002 or so, but still gw was widely big as well as dbz and others,they really should brind toonami and all these shows back on either cn or cn boomerang
