According to a color expert I follow: If you don’t rinse the color remover out of your hair for the appropriate amount of time, it won’t work properly. Color removers enter the hair shaft, break down the color molecules in your hair which allow them to be washed out. If you don’t wash and rinse thoroughly - for the full amount of time - the color just re-deposits into your hair.
The last two times I have used Color Oops, nothing at all happened. I always let it process the advised amount of time, then rinse in as hot of water as I can stand, and always for longer than the recommended time (I literally set myself a timer, and keep rinsing for a bit after to really be sure). So far, that's the only colour remover I have been using. I might try a different brand though, so I don't have to resort to bleach every time.
Excited to see what you do next. I need inspo 😅
@@leggi_bois4eva I have some ideas but haven't settled on anything just yet
I clicked so fast when I saw the new video. 👍
@@FriendlyBumbleBee excellent!
Your natural roots with that yellow look fantastic.
@@CurlyEm I just can't quite get behind yellow hair on my head

@rosem5044 it got enough of it out. I've heard the same about rinsing but notice no difference in rinsing 3 mins vs 15 mins 🤷♀️

The yellow seems brighter? I'm impressed that so much of the black came out, but wow does that blue want to stay in your hair.
@@dmeatheringham this black (Ion Blackest Black) is super easy to get out! Turns out the orange was really toning down the yellow
