I absolutely agree with you with all my heart. I still personally don’t like the fact that Galactic Conquest never made a return. That was the most fun game mode ever. The space battle modes in BF2 kinda get tedious, and I don’t like that. They should be able to have game modes where I would see myself grinding and coming back for the fun of it all the time.
For the future, here's what i usually do I take a bomber, head to the enemy hangar, destroy their auto defense mainframe and then try and sabotage from the inside to gain a lot of points. Then take an enemy bomber and blow up their frigates, rendering it basically defenseless. I'd also recommend landing a transport in their hangar. Make sure it's empty too, I've had multiple instances of the AI driving the transport into the hangar wall and blowing it up
My favorite thing to do was fly to the enemy ship, and use the time bombs on their ships. Plant one before the ship could take off, then it would fly into space and 5 seconds later you get the nice little kill message and there was nothing they could do once in a ship 😂
Beats me…. Sucks to have space battle that don’t really offer much to the imagination let alone lack Galactic Conquest. We were so highly advanced for such a year like 2005….
Meh, I don’t need justifications from an edge lord with a Pepe The Frog PP. I won Galactic Conquest, your comments are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Also, I’ve owned this game on PS2 since I was 8. This was on Xbox when the backwards compatibility was released.

This was back in the good days, when you bought a game and everything it came with was unlockable simply by playing, instead of paying for it later.

I love how u could fly in to the ship and get out so good!!
I loved the feeling of urgency when you walked I to the hanger, I also liked that you or other people on the ship would man the turrets!

I use 2 play this a lot when I was a kid I loved the space battles I was 2 afraid go on the enemy ships.
