- Edinburgh in the Rain | 4k Walking Tour with Binaural Audio - welcome to this walking tour with me, Shaun, as I take you through the streets of Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city - on a typically wet and dreary night. A lot of people love cosy city scenes like this, and the rain adds a certain magic to the old gothic streets of Edinburgh I feel - and I recorded this footage with a binaural audio recording device - meaning if you listen with headphones, it will sound like you were there walking with me in the rain.

I have had the wonderful experience of traveling from the USA and spending several weeks in my Scottish ancestors home town. This town was where 6 generations of my family lived and worked. When God created the world and made Scotland, he was just showing off.

That slogan is just such a fact!! Not only Scotland, but the Scottish people as well. For such a small country to have such a great impact on the world, it's no wonder that all who can trace their roots to Scotland no matter how many generations they've been away, ( only 2 for me ) they can, should & usually do feel a certain pride in the Scottish blood that runs through their veins, because God was showing off when he made Scotland & her people!!!💙🏴

I loved reading the shop names as you walked by them and I also loved learning that the awkward moment of "Do I move to the right or to the left?" when encountering someone on the sidewalk is universal.

Coming to Edinburgh for the 3rd time May 2nd. Mu daughter's 4th time, my niece's first trip. When we couldn't travel there, your videos from there were & still are a balm to our souls. When you went to the highlands & to Skye, years ago when you went to your parents house & snow skiing. I enjoyed your vidoes of my country USA but you learned how large and diverse our country is within states and even more from state to state. Learning the best areas in any given state is a key in traveling here & that is where sometimes you missed the mark for me but still enjoyable! Hi Shaun! Have you ever been to some of the small, Midwest towns in the USA, such as Nebraska? This looks *so much* like the Midwest in many ways, I could have easily mistaken it for it. It’s really amazing, one can sure see Scotland’s strong influence on the development of the US. ❤

We went up for the Edinburgh tattoo .but we high up with small children which can kill if fell down the stairs.
Why did not ask for a lower seating area did you not ask when booking?
