I'm redeployed in the NHS to help in one of our main huge vaccine centres in Scotland, 1000 patients a day at capacity. Whilst mum Betty's concerns are understandable Nadia (it's the biggest amount of people I've seen in a day for a year too! 🙀), they are exceptionally safe and well organised. Distancing, privacy. Some even saying its an uplifting experience after all this awful stress. It's now scientifically proven to have reduced admissions and symptoms but I already knew that first hand from working on covid wards and my best friend in a huge care home with over 100 residents. This awful December /January wave (mainly as a result of Christmas get togethers) none of her residents had to be hospitalised, (though tested positive) which is incredible compared to a quarter of the residents dying in the 1st wave last year. You MUST do everything to encourage everyone to have the vaccine, you have an excellent platform to do so. 👍
Oh, and we're preparing for another wave in April. This is why we have to make this one last push in effort to get the hell out of this. 🌈

I would recommend a turmeric poltice on your foot/toe Nadia. It will bring the swelling and pain down.
Just mix with some water to a thick paste and bandage it up . And remove over the bath as it dries up and can stain. It has always worked for me . 😊❤️❤️

New here, I do my decs exactly the same.ripping of time bits of paper .making them fit. Then throwing the hangers in the bottom. Every year I take them out they are all tangled..i give up wrapping the baubles after about 4 . Glad im not the only one.

Nadia I understand your parents reluctance to go to a vaccine centre, I had the same thought myself about all the elderly mixing with so many people in the centres. Probably GP’s are also full of bugs, given that this virus is aerosolised!! I think some people who are vulnerable are having home visits to get their jab, which is much safer. I’m sure your Dad would fit into this catagory if he asked for a home visit with all his health conditions. Problem is even if they don’t go out much and everyone that visits them is jabbed, they could still catch it from multiple surfaces/ other people’s clothes/ parcels etc etc. so they still won’t be properly safe even if they stay in all the time! Just some suggestions

🌸 Exciting family enjoy your page very much always watch and like. Nadia, I worried about your foot maybe go see a bone doctor it might be connected to your knee it can start that way for very active females who always enjoy pleasing being wonder woman doing everything. If you eat lots of dairy-every in your life get your levels for possible " Gout ", checked. It attacks the toes back heels of your foot to stand on your foot is foot like birthing pain. If not given attention ankle goes still from improper use trying to avoid pain walk on the side of your foot. If you have gout they have pills for it that starts control then off the pills and healed. Try using a tennis ball roll around on your foot while sitting at a table/desk using the floor ball to bottom foot roll around it's very good therapy. Just watch the dairy intake a few shots in the different areas of great pain exercise all is well again back to normal. Be well stay safe beautiful family full of compassion.
