Watching mark have his haircut was so funny ,I've had to watch without sound as my tablets playing up and couldn't watch it with subtitles so had to watch it like a silent movie and try to guess what was being said, the faces mark pulled ,you didn't even need words ,thanks for making me laugh today,doesn't happen often these days so thank you for sharing.And your hair looked ok in the end.

Do you get reflux Nadia this can cause a cough. Acid goes down into your lungs usually when asleep and cause irritation,if left can lead to long term damage so good going to Docs (but presume this vlog is going back a bit)
As well as meds other things can help like changing diet and elevating your head end of the bed xx

I am Peri - menopausal.....I get very breathless..fatigued...sweats ...palputations...I have anaemia too...plus anxiety and rhinoitis ,(conjested).....menopause can affect your throat aswell🙏....check these all out...I take lots of supplements and a few things I have on prescription 🙏I'm also prone to thyroid stuff which is in my family and I need to sort that too!
