Your presentation was extremely helpful. Your video helped me learn some of the Arsenal capabilities I didn't understand. Thank you. There are so many negative reviews of the device, but I look at it simply as a tool to be used for specific applications, and for me, it has been a valuable tool. It completes many tasks in a tenth of the time that I have to do manually. The more I use it the more I can adapt it to be my photo assistant. Nice job!
I really wanted to like this device. After countless broken delivery promises, I finally received it. I then spent several hours over several days trying to get it set up with inconsistent behavior on the part of the app or the device. I've finally given up. Even if I succeeded in getting it set up, everything about my experience with the product is that neither it nor the company can be trusted. Don't get me wrong, I people at Arsenal want to help. They just can't deliver, either in terms of supply chain or product reliability. The developer and users would be better off if they were to license the technology to camera companies with the resources to execute.
agree 100%, many broken delivery promises,,, the product finally delivered 3 months late. Now have the latest firmware updated,,, and having extreme difficulty getting simple functionality in this product. I had very high expectations and grow tired with this product in hopes of simple advertised functionality. I will continue but not sure how much more effort i am willing to push further.
I agree too worst thing ever off of Kickstarter.Mine will not connect for more than 30 sec and it now sits in its box in my junk drawer.Worst purchase ever.
Really glad to see this working with Pads even though they are not supposedly supported yet. This is big in my opinion! Thanks so much for your demo. I've heard that photogs are requesting more from the company...so this is most helpful!
Yeah I tend to agree with everyone else here, far to slow to have any practical value. In the time it takes to do one HDR I could take the shots send to PC, make a HDR and be back shooting :/ thanks for the review you've saved me money :)
From my perspective this device doesn't work as advertices. It uses 20 minutes to take any photo and it is eating batteries on both cell phone and camera. I can't find the photos stored anywhere.
I've read about the device and first impression was this could be helpfull. after watching the video I really have no clue why I should buy this product. Maybe some (older) camera's don't have the functionality that the arsenal delivers but modern DSLR camera's have a lot of these features built in already. I use the Nikon Z6, fullframe mirrorles in combination with Nikon snapbridge and/or wireless remote control and have even more functionality than the arsenal offers. The auto bracketing is even much more advanced and quicker to set up. so maybe it's usefull for camera's who don't have these functions but that is than the only reason I can come up with.
This company is still brand new and I will be waiting for others to compete with it, I rather wait to see what comes next? Updates and other products...
My Arsenal arrived. I bought it because my camera, the Nikon D3000 is listed as a supported camera. When I set everything up using the instructions, when I turn on the mobile app...I get a messages saying the Nikon D3000 is not currently supported. I also have a D7200, but the Nikon cable they sent me is not the right size for the camera. Not impressed with this thing so far.
Thank you for the Video . About focus staking ( 5 Photos ) you only choose the nearest and the furthest point and arsenal does the rest ? It s not nesseseary or possible to choose 5 focus points by yourself ? And were are the photos saved ? phone ? camera ? both ?
acneubauer Focus stacking can use up to 20 photos, and yes, you only set near and far focus boundaries. It is not possible to select all of the individual points. The stacked photos can be saved to the phone right now, but are supposed to save to the camera-that feature just doesn't work for me yet. Individual unstacked photos save to the camera like normal.
how is this any better than doing the leg work ourselves and focus stacking them & doing the HDR work ourselves? Is it really worth the $? Do you see any difference using this in your images?
What was the point of running a focus stacking test @ F14.1? The whole bloody scene would be in focus with ONE shot @ that aperture anyway lol. Surely a wider aperture would have let you see and compare the results better? And yeah, like many of the comments below, they really need to speed this shit up. Love the concept, and certainly less clunky than Helicon Remote that I used to use for stacking, but it looks unfinished to me. I've heard they've done some firmware updates since this vid was made, would be interested to see how much (if at all) it's improved.
I didn't choose the aperture, the device did. Yes, it's kind of silly that it chose F/14.1, but this was definitely older firmware. I've taken many focus stacks since then at more reasonable lower apertures. It has also speed up significantly and works better overall, though there will always be room for improvement. This video is now what, 9 months old?
@@cobryson Ah yeah, that makes sense. Thanks for the update bro! Appreciate it! And yeah I saw after the date on the vid ;) Thanks again for the response :)
Mine arrived three weeks ago (delivery to Germany), but never reached me at home. It was held up by customs, then impounded. The device comes without documentation about saftey features. The battery could catch fire or explode, Bluetooth or Wifi communication could cause inteference with sensitive devices in hospitals, airports etc. We just don't know. In the EU certain certificates are mandatory for electronic devices, and a whole lot more for devices using wireless communication. As far as I know, the same goes for the US and Canada. My device has been sent for testing, which will take weeks. If it fails the basic tests, it will be destroyed. I immediately informed Ryan Stout of all this, but have so far received no reply. So where do we go from here? Followers of this channel and would-be purchasers may be interested to know what might be awaiting them.
Seems to be a misinterpretation of the rules-Arsenal thought they didn't have to put the CE logo on the device (it *is* on the box), but German officials disagree. They have provided CE certification documentation.
Question...is the live view present on your camera screen if you don't have wifi for the phone available in a remote area? If you have a cable for camera to Pad...is wifi needed?
I think you might be misinterpreting what Arsenal does. Arsenal creates its own Wifi hotspot that the iPhone/Android/iPad connects to, no matter where you are. You then do everything with the app-live view included. Neither device needs an internet connection to shoot photos.
As long as your camera's auto-focus capability is maintained in your set-up, Arsenal should work. It will not if you have to focus manually. Did a couple of macros that turned out quite nicely.
Very slow. I question how good it will be for outside stacked shots when movement as simple as leaves occur. Not convinced. A long way to go yet l would say!
To be fair, the shutter speeds were fairly long for each shot because there was no movement-it's somewhat faster outdoors. Though, there is definitely still room for improvement.
Speaking for the "whiners" here. How would you feel about ordering and paying for a product, based on the manufacturer's claim that your camera works with it, only to find out it does not work yet because they found it performed poorly? I would not have bought it in the first place but relied on their "compatible cameras" list, which still claims my camera model is compatible! I feel betrayed. That's a difference. And getting a refund seems to be tough, as their customer service is not responding to mails. Still think I'm just bickering?
This is great, thanks for making this. Ive been using mine for quite some time now, and after the latest update its pretty darn good. No real complaints whatsoever. As for the 'waste of time' comments, not at all, get to know the product, its quite powerful.
Unfortunately I've never used Sonys, so I can't be of any help, sorry! Check the Arsenal User Group on Facebook, several others have commented about issues and workarounds with Sony cameras.
mine doesnt work either. Does not do anything at all. The way to connect via the Sony is without doubt insanely frustrating on its own. I'm glad some have working units, but there's so so many out there with faulty units/wires etc. I've asked for a refund but had zero replies to that.
True, it's not officially supported, so it doesn't show up in the App Store. I had to use the iTunes Link Maker workaround to get a link to the listing, and then it worked. Try this link from your iPad: itunes.apple.com/us/app/arsenal-remote/id1331166080?mt=8
It is possible to install iPhone only apps on an iPad. The App Store displays only iPad apps on an iPad but there is a setting to change that and to have iPhone apps displayed instead. From there the search finds the Arsenal iPhone app and it is possible to install it. But it is still an iPhone app and its interface will be displayed 2x magnified to fill the iPad screen. This should work on any country's App Store.
Is it me that is exigeant or is this painfully slow? To connect, to take one picture, to measure focus, to stack. One goal was to be able to just don't care about settings to focus on framing, but at this speed, I've the time to also handle the settings
Yes, but the "AI" functions of Arsenal will not be aware that a flash is connected, and will not compensate accordingly. Not sure it'd do you much good.
30 seconds? It was an 8 second exposure. I pushed the button at 2:24, and the click at 2:35 you hear is the end of the 8 second shot. The shot is available to view at 2:43. That said, there is definitely room for improvement on responsiveness, but it's not as bad as 30 seconds...
Thanks for the video, I’ve been looking for something like this for a few weeks 👍🏻 It seems quite slow or is it only that slow where stacking is involved?
Sure. It is slower than I'd like, but you have to remember that indoors, on a tripod, it tends to pick fairly long shutter speeds. This makes each shot longer, which adds up when you're doing stacks especially. The first non-stacked "smart mode" shot is an 8 second exposure, which feels really long but is the reason for the delay after I push to take the shot. Hopefully the speed otherwise will improve in time.
cobryson Yeah, I’m sure there are lots of little bugs to start with and they seem pretty regular with updates already so hopefully it won’t take long to iron them all out.. I got a notification on Saturday that mine had shipped so looking for to getting my hands on it now... Thanks again 👍🏻
The bracketed shots did not expose the window area at all well but then that could be the fact you only gave a 2 stop interval between shots so 6 stops over all, not enough stops of dynamic range for that scene, you should have gone 3 stops, you would have got a better dynamic range for the device to produce a better overall exposure. not sure I would like this device as I know what I am doing as a landscape photographer, I have been given one to try out so I will do an honest review on this gadget to see if it works for me as a professional landscape photographer and vlogger.
I wasn't attempting to show proper technique or generate the ideal photo, just a demo to prove that it was real and working since people were calling it vaporware. This video is almost 2 years old now too, their software has changed dramatically.
@@cobryson perhaps proper techniques would have shown what the Arsenal is capable of yes? no? seeing people are calling it Vapourware as you say. I am not knocking your video buddy just pointing out facts that's all.
@@ironian24 they were calling it vaporware in July 2018 when there were shipment delays and Kickstarter backers were getting antsy. I don't think anyone is concerned about whether or not it exists now.
@@ironian24 depends on your level of skill and your use case. Certainly it removes the intimidation barrier of some more complex techniques for a novice. For a seasoned pro, it *could* help automate a few tedious things, but it's less of a help IMO. If you have a need/want for instant gratification (instantly sharing a stacked HDR or focus stacked image to social media, for example), it's certainly useful there. I play with it when I have the time, and I still enjoy it, and it encourages me to try techniques I don't gravitate towards otherwise...but I certainly don't use it daily, either.
Um, yeah, all of that would be fantastic if we could actually get our hands on one. I ordered mine back in February with an estimated delivery date of April. Here we are in October (with another photography trip coming up that I won't be able to bring it on), and still nothing. Lots of excuses, but no product and no clear idea of when it'll actually ship. #withoutArsenal
Eh, it's not designed for that. It can't control a flash, and tends to go for longer exposures whenever possible, so I don't think you'd end up with many usable shots. Portrait photos tend to constrain some of the variables Arsenal works with(generally you want a wider aperture and a faster shutter speed when shooting a portrait), so I'm not sure how much it would really buy you anyway.
Any chance you can recommend a product that would have the same basic idea for portraits. I just want something to help adjust settings for optimal photo quality. Thanks for the reply.
Portraits? You need to learn lighting techniques (flash, reflector, etc) and composition. No device can do that for you. For best portraits, shoot f4 or f2.8 for an individual, ISO 400 or less (quality varies by camera), and fast enough to stop subtle movement (1/100sec or faster). Then get good at digital processing (Lightroom, photoshop, etc). Shoot tight. Master the light. Good luck
Exactly. After seeing reviews and how long it was taking to get the shots, I called it quits. Atleast they gave my money back. Frigging super slow device, In photography especially in landscape, light changes all the time. Arsenal would make you miss the golden hour completely!
it may be a real device but when you have an issue with it, the customer service is nonexistent. I bought this and the Aurga. Both of them have the same issue. No contact with the camera or iPhone. Im sending them both back.
You can save photos to your device, yes. That said, this thing is still in pretty early stages of development-lots of bugs, and if you buy now it likely wont ship for 3-6 months
Thanks for this vid. I was beginning to wonder if this was another start up scam product and debating on whether to pull out with all these pushed shipping notices.
Don't waste your money, software is too buggy. Won't work with my Canon 7D and latest firmware. Fails to connect half the time and won't control camera at all when is does connect.
I have the same problem. It connects but it's too slow and buggy. Every function needs 2 or 3 attempts to get it going. I too use a canon 7D. Outdoors it focuses but if even if a leaf moves it starts focussing again and this goes on all the time until you're tired and you've already missed the picture. Just OK for still images, but at this price? Give it a miss and save it for later. Too buggy.
BJ Nicholls it's supposed to be written to the SD card, but they are still working on that. For the moment, you have to save it to your iPhone/Android phone from the app to keep it
My concern right now is not with the product but with the company. I paid in early June with a promise that the device will be delivered sometime in September. I have sent them an email 3-4 days ago asking whether they could tell me when they are planning to send it however they have not responded so far. Anyone knows any contact phone number?
Hey, my order and payment was in January, and my device is now arrived to my country, still not in my hands:) It is a start up, not the first and not the last company/product which is not as quick and sharp as we are used to with big long lived companies. Just give them a little more time. Cheers
I appreciate the video, but as an owner of both Arsenal and CamRanger, I always go to the CamRanger for its superior speed, interface and functionality.
Cool. I just made this video to prove to all the conspiracy theorists months ago that it actually was a real device. Wasn't meant to be an ad or to try and convince people to buy one.
I appreciate the video but it does look way to slow for my work. For now, my CamRanger is way faster and has a better interface. I can’t wait for the CamRanger2. Don’t get me wrong, the idea of the arsenal is awesome… I was hoping the HDR function would be a game changer for my workflow that I didn’t have to merge on my photos when I got home but being that much longer on the job being from the client is waiting over my shoulder. Maybe in an arsenal2 things will be much better.
Bear in mind this video is now 3 months old. Things are somewhat faster now, and there's still time for further improvement. The individual shots were also quite long exposure-up to 8 seconds, which explains some of the delay seen in the video.
Bear in mind that some of these shots are 8" long-that's a significant portion of the delay. It tends to prioritize long shutter speeds on a tripod, so it will feel slower than you're used to, I'd imagine. Yes, it does have a handheld mode, but that isn't working right for me yet. Supposedly on the list to be fixed soon.
Yes, that’s how I use mine the majority of time. Hand held mode seem to work just fine, just make sure your arsenal internal software is updated for best operation.
@@cobryson everytime I turn off my wifi arsenal disconnects. I might be doing something wrong. Is there any video you know it shows how to set this up? Thank you
@@NimbeZapata why would you turn off your phone wifi? Of course it disconnects, that's how your phone talks to Arsenal. As I said, Arsenal puts out its own WiFi signal that your phone connects to.
qwertz weel correct, no ties to Ryan or Arsenal. I borrowed a review unit from a reviewer in town to test on my Canon-my preorder from February should be shipping soon. Here's a screenshot of my receipt...imgur.com/a/gZYLsEE
Was on the initial Kickstarter crowd-funding campaign. Had been waiting for ever for my Arsenal. Ended up having to move in the middle of shipping and the shipper (DHL) was unwilling to re-send to my new address. Got lost in the mail. DON'T have an Arsenal. Have fun with yours, looks like a potentially huge time/resource saver when they ever get it going. In the mean time, I'm going to go demand a replacement or refund pronto.
CW, honestly, as an owner of both the Arsenal and CamRanger, the CamRanger has more functions, is easier to use and doesn't take up the hot-shoe. Continue with your plan of getting a refund and look at the CamRanger.
Honestly let the photographers do the job.... No need for devices like this. if this was so required Nikon or Canon would have thought about this way back. If they have inbuilt HDR processing and TimeLapse processing why didnt you think they would have had this in their cameras? Because this is how long these would take and take away the processing speed. Thanks. I am going to stick to my instincts in Photography. I wish you guys all the best.
Required? No. A fun gadget and/or an educational tool? Sure. It also has lots of automation tools that help with timelapses and stacking techniques. That seems like a pretty short sighted view IMO.
@@cobryson Hi Cobry not short sighted.. For me the most important thing is speed in photography. It would be helpful and cool if this app could have something like ( Build your own program ) or follow this star trail feature and then i can leave it and work with the other camera. But it looks like its missing those and also looks too slow. Am not taking anything from you or anyone.I just gave my short sighted IMO. Also its too early to judge. I think products do improve over time and testing and feedback. But if it is going to impress me on speed in syncing phone and camera i will give you an order for 75 of these every year. I will sell them to everyone i know.
@@cobryson agreed, it is a good idea to develop this type of tool. It is a first and I'm sure there will be more development to come. Fun to see the negative comments. Especially from the know it all's!
cobryson way to slow, the windows are overexposed in all the pictures ... the way they where selling this was AI artificial intelligence that analyse the frame adjust the time iso and aperture.. not impressed ...so for me as a professional this is way to slow and not worth my $$$ but thanks for the demonstration... I don’t see the need for this as i can do all on my d750
Fair enough. Bear in mind that the first shot was an 8 second exposure-so it wasn't as slow as it looks. I also was apparently supposed to have the camera in Auto mode when doing an HDR/exposure compensation stack, which I did not. That might help the overexposed windows. It definitely does analyze the scene and adjust shutter speed, ISO, and aperture though-just maybe not as well as it could. When not doing an HDR stack, it's basically a given that the windows will be overexposed if you want the table/picture to be reasonably exposed. Arsenal can't do anything to change the dynamic range of the camera...
Norius Lephotographe How exactly would the app or the camera expose both the widows and the elements on the table “properly” in your opinion? How would you do this, other than in post?
I asked two questions because it was not working. One answer, we don't support that. Went to their website and it was zero help. Asked again and - nothing. More than useless as it cost me money and I wanted it to work, No, it does not work, lots of talk and worth it if you want $175. worth of black box with a blue light. I am throwing mine out, enough.

Stacking? Then it would be amazing to use in astrophotography?
Mine isn't working with my A7r II... Won't take me login to Play Memories. Not happy.
I and a friend of mine have each got one and we are quite 'underwhelmed' so far... So slow!! And it kills my phone and camera battery in record time!!
It can't kill battery in record time. IT'S NOT USING YOUR BATTERY.. Is just controls your camera.
I have an iPad and cannot find the Arsenal App. Was told by Ryan that Arsenal is not supported
True, it's not officially supported, so it doesn't show up in the App Store. I had to use the iTunes Link Maker workaround to get a link to the listing, and then it worked.
Try this link from your iPad: itunes.apple.com/us/app/arsenal-remote/id1331166080?mt=8
cobryson thanks so much. I got it to download.
I'd probably wrap the cable under the lens to keep it from snagging on things.
Can you still use a flash with the Arsenal connected ?
Yes, but the "AI" functions of Arsenal will not be aware that a flash is connected, and will not compensate accordingly. Not sure it'd do you much good.
Can u send the link so that i can also purchase this
Why did it take so long to take a photo when you pushed the button? There was a lag time of at least 30 seconds on the first photo you took.
I was quite shocked to have to pay another $64.39. Canadian customs.
Hmmm? Landscape photography only?
@@cobrysonIn your opinion is it worth the money?
@@ironian24 depends on your level of skill and your use case. Certainly it removes the intimidation barrier of some more complex techniques for a novice. For a seasoned pro, it *could* help automate a few tedious things, but it's less of a help IMO. If you have a need/want for instant gratification (instantly sharing a stacked HDR or focus stacked image to social media, for example), it's certainly useful there.
I play with it when I have the time, and I still enjoy it, and it encourages me to try techniques I don't gravitate towards otherwise...but I certainly don't use it daily, either.
i tried to look this up on Amazon it is not there
It is only available from Arsenal.
It's all about photo stacking for me. It's way cheaper than Photoshop, and it does it for you. That alone is worth the price....
Or tell me where to buy this persenal
Um, yeah, all of that would be fantastic if we could actually get our hands on one. I ordered mine back in February with an estimated delivery date of April. Here we are in October (with another photography trip coming up that I won't be able to bring it on), and still nothing. Lots of excuses, but no product and no clear idea of when it'll actually ship. #withoutArsenal
Damn I ordered a few weeks ago and was told delivery would start within October. I have a trip in December and really hope it's there by then...
I just received mine yesterday 10-6-2018. I ordered it in January 2018. Haven't had time to play with yet. I'll try to this week.
I ordered mine December 15 and received it about 3 weeks ago.
I received mine within 3 weeks of ordering, but had to pay customs duty.
is It saving the photos in raw or jpeg? Ps: thanks for the video :)
Does it give you the raw files?
It works with raw and jpg. Whatever your camera is set as
How would you rate this for portrait photography?
Good luck
CamRanger will do the job.
R@@brandonbyrd9251
Hopefully, the updates have helped these units speed and such since this video is old. But my Sony a7Rii does most of this in-camera and a lot faster.
Thanks for this video, which convinced me not to buy this device for insects macro-stacking
Looks like load crap. By the time its taken the shots, the sun has set already and everybody is in bed.
🤷♂️
Exactly. After seeing reviews and how long it was taking to get the shots, I called it quits. Atleast they gave my money back. Frigging super slow device, In photography especially in landscape, light changes all the time. Arsenal would make you miss the golden hour completely!
I had it happen yesterday while trying it out. By the time it goes thru the 3 points focusing and aperture setting and focusing the sunset is gone
So why you guys bought it ? What is it supposed to do? 2 min into video I still waiting to find out what it does.
And this kills all the fun of being a photographer. People are are getting so lazy lately.
How long did it take you charge the arsenal ?
acneubauer probably about an hour? I didn't time it though. It seems to last a few hours at least, so battery life hasn't been a major concern.
It can also be charged while in use, from either the adapter provided or an external portable battery pack charger.
In a way, it takes away all the fun in photography. One reason why we all started in the first place.
it may be a real device but when you have an issue with it, the customer service is nonexistent. I bought this and the Aurga. Both of them have the same issue. No contact with the camera or iPhone. Im sending them both back.
Definitely seems like they're overwhelmed, which is frustrating. I'm lucky that mine works OK. What camera? There might be a simple fix.
Is this saved in my Apple photos? I’m seriously thinking of buying this...
Mine never worked. If I could do it all over again, I would not buy it.
Thanks for this video! My order is still at the border... i guess i will receive it in a few days... will do some testing in the field :-)

Did you know how to export RAW?
This device seems to take an inordinate amount of time. I don’t have this kind of time on a shoot involving people
Good thing it's not designed for portraits then!
Great job, you would think Aresenal could of found the time to do some videos to show people its capabilities
Helen Ryan did a long video in February showing a walkthrough of the app, and posted it in one of the kickstarter updates
cobryson it’s now nearly August
I'm not sure how that's relevant. You asked for them to make videos, and they have...5 months ago.
Too buggy.
This is not practical for photoshoots or event photography.
No it's not. Nobody will use a Camera Assistant of any kind for event photography........
This is meant for scenic photography
So where is the bracketed composite shot saved?
BJ Nicholls it's supposed to be written to the SD card, but they are still working on that. For the moment, you have to save it to your iPhone/Android phone from the app to keep it
Damned, I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me though.
Arsenal is a fun and useful device and I think it's worth the $.
Thank you for your vid
This is sooooooo slow!! Does it work without a tripod?
Bear in mind that some of these shots are 8" long-that's a significant portion of the delay. It tends to prioritize long shutter speeds on a tripod, so it will feel slower than you're used to, I'd imagine. Yes, it does have a handheld mode, but that isn't working right for me yet. Supposedly on the list to be fixed soon.
Yes, that’s how I use mine the majority of time. Hand held mode seem to work just fine, just make sure your arsenal internal software is updated for best operation.
Too sad it needs wifi connection to work from the app, how will I be able to do stacking, long exposures outdoors without wifi??? Arsenal is useless
What? No, it does not, Arsenal is its own WiFi hotspot that your phone connects to. Works just fine with the app anywhere in the world.
Do you know why Arsenal will never support some brand like Lumix?
Because it has already build it these features...LOL
Happy shooting with G9
Can u confirmed that you have purchaser and you are not relatives or friend to ryan?
qwertz weel correct, no ties to Ryan or Arsenal.
Could have gone for coffee and cake then come back to see the results, way too slow for me.
what does this even do?
Wow. Forget doing any of this in a hurry.
No device will defeat me, not in a 100 years!
thx for the video. before watching I wanted Arsenal badly. Now I know I can totally save my money LOL.
haha, fair enough. this was 8 months ago, for the record-things have improved! though there's still a ways to go for sure too.
Mine has never worked and the customer response time is weeks long with nothing but “we sincerely apologize “ -biggest camera mistake I ever made.
Especially from the know it all's!
wow not to shabby ...thanks for the demo...will not buy !
...k?
cobryson way to slow, the windows are overexposed in all the pictures ... the way they where selling this was AI artificial intelligence that analyse the frame adjust the time iso and aperture.. not impressed ...so for me as a professional this is way to slow and not worth my $$$ but thanks for the demonstration...
@@Noriuslephotographe exactly. the windows are over exposed and all the diiferrent modes seem to give the same result.

Kind of long and drawn out, but good info, Thanks!
Seems cumbersome and slow! My quick menu on my Canon is faster! A real Professional photographer doesn't need this at all!
It looks like it takes forever to take the pictures. Even a single shot takes more than 5 seconds after you press the button in the app. Useless.
I get advertisements on Facebook about this thing and all the comments are positive. Not one bad comment. It’s soo obvious. Rigged.
As a Facebook advertiser I can tell you that comments can easily be deleted by the owner. Always do research on the companies you purchase from when seeing advertisements. I always find best practice to answer any concerns instead of deleting comments but to each their own.
