Coming from a collector. Cards definitely matter in total value. Soft or bent corners or creased cards will hurt over all value. But with all that said there's always some value in unopened hotwheels, even if the card is trashed, because the car is still mint.
Fyi It's not boreing hotwheel fans. What's boring is not showing each one off so ppl can educate you on what's good and what's not so good.
This vid will definitely help boost your sales . Especially if you make a vid going over each car.
Someone call the police because he just stole that collection for 750 duckets!!😂
lol $100 most
I’m actually so pissed that you got all this for $750…. You must be the luckiest guy on the planet cause that’s stuff is so cool to see in such a big collection and for that price you paid sweet fuck all and that guy who owned them would be rolling over in his grave if he found out how much they sold for
Whatnot would be your best bet, u have an auction with ppl specifically looking for those items
I've been collecting for 14 years and first editions are first realse of casting, treasure hunts started in 1995 then super treasure hunt started in 2007 and their are reglar t-hunts that go with supers. The popular casting from hotwheels are dastun 510 coupes and wagons,83 chevy silverado, 55 chevy gasser and the nissan skyline r34 or just any jdm car in general. If I were in your situation I would look up treasure hunt from 1995 to now and those other casting s to see if you have any.
You forgot Porsche
Great tips!
Nice collection! I'm glad this worked out for you!
Great thumbnail NerdNation!! Hope you enjoy the Hot Wheels collection!!
The n64 hat is dope!
I started collecting in January but got them as a kid from my parents once in a while.
😅 I find it ridiculous that the card conditions mean a lot to people, I know I have all my stuff still in the card in a bin but once I get a spot for the cars I'll be opening them
A bent corner of the card could mean the difference between purchase or pass. Personally I try to find the best condition card for my collection.
Kind of like buying a record that has some ring wear (the circle on the album cover). The album my be fine but it looks bad.
Definitely be really careful with the cards and don't mess up the corners etc. Collectors like myself are very particular about condition and I can tell you that you have some real nice diecast there. Do your homework well and don't get jipped on deals.
Loose collectors however care more about the condition of the actual car like myself. I purchase some of the most destroyed cards seen as long as the car (eg tampo work, wheel paint, no paint chips) are perfect. These are common defects which many carded collectors don’t car about
🤣🤣
Bahahaha what a bunch of junk
Stop tossing them around like that
Home improvement one is sick!
Please sell them to someone who knows what they are doing. And just so you know card condition can be important but is not the only thing in cars as they can be faked or even opened and resealed super easily
Nice haul buddy. Cool hangin with you at SEGE!
Card condition is everything for collectors
weird collectors
@@minari4047not weird collectors, its just that we get a good satisfactory feeling that we have good packaging
I mean would you buy an expensive mobile phone in a completely damaged box/packaging ?
Great video!
Great buy! You will make some good money!
Open 1 box at a time present the cars mark price on them and list forsale.
Of course the seller would pick a none collector to sell collection too. Smh.
I have two deep containers with hot wheels from 95-2002 w/treasure hunts.
Liked the video 10 seconds in I knew it was gonna be a banger
WOW absolutely amazing. HOPEFULLY youvwill keep them in great condition including the packaging 😊. Congratulations 😊
the 1st ed. cars are the special cars. I have every 1st ed from 1995 to 2012 about 850 cars plus variations. my total collection is about 3500 in the package cars and 1000 loose including all the 68 and 69 red lines and over 100 TH and STH.
As a collector cards condition is ok but what really matters is the actual car not paper
My neighbor is looking to sell his unopened collection of hot wheels cars, he has between 2400-2500 his collection began in the mid 70’s.
Any help is appreciated.
Where are you located and do you still have totes to sell? I'm in california
Whatnot is the right spot for you!
My friend had all the 1st addation couldn't get 3.00 each for them sold them for 1.50 !!
I was buying the Ferraris 3.00 each and 3 for 5.00 lol !!
It will take u 2years to sell that !!
Yeah first editions aren’t worth what people think they are lol
Damn I wish I had 5k
All hotwheels are great .
For sure keep the home improvement one!
May have accidentally sold it haha
@@NerdNationUS DAMN. I would’ve bought it.
What's your eBay Page or what platform do you sell on? Do you have any Hotwheels left?
Here is our eBay store. We still have some left. www.ebay.com/usr/nerdnationus
@@NerdNationUS thank you
I took a look. Way too expensive. You have cars listed for $12 that can be had on WhatNot for $2. Why not sell them all for a dollar a piece and get five times your money back?
You need to stop throwing them. With hot wheels alot of the value is the blister/card condition so how your handling them is not good.Your bins are also labeled wrong. If you want to save time pull all the "fantasy" cars aka not real cars (example chevy nissan etc aka real brands) so like dragons, trains etc and sell them for .50 to 1$ each in big lots. Now your real cars America put them 2 to 3 each European 3 to 4 each (look for bugatti/ferrari/porsche there more) and Japanese 5 to 10 each and they should fly at those prices.Anything that's before 1996 you should look up as it could be a variation that has good value so numbers in the bottom corner under 600.Your treasure hunts are hit and miss. Some will be 2$ while others 200$.With those before 2007 they all have green stripes on the cards.
Where are they listed at ?
Nerdnation.us check my eBay store
It's not that it's how bad someone wounts it
You stole those. Super nice!
How many motorcycle with riders do you have and how much are you selling them for ?
I have a friend he got nothing but super treasure hunts and chases thats all he collected he has past away so hes family past them down to me im going to hold on to them till my nephew is 18 past them down

Hey I am interested in the hot wheels let me know what state you live In I live in Connecticut so if you around me we can work something out
I thought I'd spent cash on my Tattoos but Nothing compared to what I spend on Hotwheels
Saw on facebook group , but no shipping outside US tho😂
90s collector numbers .99 ea, except for a few
What is the box size
Hi, I just subbed to your channel.
Wow,$ 20 cents apiece!! Definitely will more than triple your money.
How much dod you buy thwm
You throwing those card’s around like the are trash smh
@@StayfrostyinAK-gg3xj a lot of them are 🤣
Shipping is very expensive!
A friend sent me 12 HW's, the shipping was $15......✌
Your crazy that's dirt cheap.Normally 1 to 3 cars costs that much.
@@chargerblacks2633
Dude, was talking about, shipping 100 cars, for $20!!!
They must have been real desperate to sell them for .20 cents a car. From how they had them sorted already I dont understand how a knowledgeable collector like that would let them go for that price. I would be getting back at least what they sold for new or Iwould not sell them
This was not their collection. They inherited it
Wow 5k for the collection 😂
$700
I wish I could find a collection to buy like that.
Will pay 3000 for all of them ! Interested ?
I have 3k left. You want to buy them?
What state are located?
I'm in Kansas, but right by Missouri
Hoarder
Orada bir servet yatıyor, hediye etmek isterseniz kabul ederim dostum
😅 Steal at $750
dang whoever owned these care about these cars. probs ran out of money.
No they passed
@@NerdNationUS oh wow so sorry. could tell they loved their cars and collecting them as they had them organized and that paper for cushioning.
This is not a big collection mine is 30.000+from 1967 to present still in package cannot take them with you.
Man, very cool to buy as a collection! .20 cents a car?! Damn, that's a steal. There are cars that are desirable, but prices can vary. I'd say $2-$4 a car for mainlines. Some can be more depending on rarity, collectibles etc. Just don't scalp collectors out there
I would buy some, but i live in Australia though, is you send me a reply i can send you some details.
Bro dropped cars for 2 minutes and then says one in the box is bad condition. 😶lmao
I would buy 100 off you whats the website
Send me a message on Instagram and we can work something out for sure!
Bro I got banned on Instagram my bad I was out town
can i get your facebook profile and the group's you posted in? i collect hotwheel's for my autistic son , thanks mike
You get all that you dont look exited your not a collectors oh i no i have to look for ferrari first box you open is the one with treaser hunt your just a reseller 😂
Atleast I understand grammar
It hurts to see people who don't collect something buy it to flip it to someone else who doesn't collect it. This is what wrecks any hobby.
My question is does it really wreck the hobby or make it more interesting? Every hobby has flippers and collectors that’s just life tommy❤
If I or someone like me didn't buy these, they'd probably end up in a landfill. These people weren't going to go through these and sell them individually
Well, I guess if you are saving the environment then you get a pass. Thank you Eco warrior, for a job well done.👍
@@libertythompson7773 🙏Thanks for letting me know how life works. Now I can go out into this great world of ours with this new found wisdom and leave it a little bit better than I found it.🥰🤗
I just can't wait to experience how interesting every hobby I explore will be. I am so excited!😀
