Theres a guy in our coaching centre who teaches banking awareness, he took interview guidance class and in that he said, that you should greet everyone bu sayin good morning sirs. I knew thats absurd.
He also said that you should tell the answer by looking at each and everyone Even if the question is asked by one member.

How many character certificate do we need.
College character certificate + Gazetted officer signed is enough? Where do I get the format of this certificate
Format is available on internet and it is similar to Identity certificate.
