Hi Sir Frank. Thanks for the video. I'm a license electrical engr here in Phils with 18 yrs of experience and my wife is a license pharmacist with 15yrs of experience and we have 4 kids. As of the moment I am reviewing for PTE exam. My question is regarding Skills assessment, is it necessary both of us will do the skills assessment or either one of us?
I am not a migration agent but based on experience, that only matters if you can claim points for your spouse

It depends on the assessing authority for your occupation. I got points for the ph university I went through
