This is 8 Bit Adventure, a level made inside of Mario Builder 64 made by Nicoladerey. This level features 3 collectable stars which includes an 80 coin star, a red coin star and a star somewhere in the level.

i wonder if they're gonna expand upon MB64 in the future and add stuff like 3D world-style levels (flagpole and timer) and maybe an emulator plugin to browse levels online?

I agree with this. They do allow you to share levels, but on a site.
