I think that the biggest difference between Snapshot man vs old DMH is that you don't need to draw the entire hand, just the snapshot. Old DMH decks had to use Battle Rage or Oracles to supplement for this. And ended up paying more mana for it than the up front cost of Zola and Snapshot man.
Really like the commentaries here. I know that too many change the enjoyment of the channel but I think the balance within this video and with vids that do and don't have them overall is good. Plus, the decks are fun.
@Rad Daks Interesting. In which case I would say it's one of the best of unintended benefits, as I am not the best of players myself and get good value out of hearing experience explain good mulligans and play. Not that I'd go for all videos having this as the main, as lessons and entertainment are different; I just like a little of both. Either way, I'll take it.
I only really thought about it in the last few minutes, but the win condition of this deck is simply don't loose. There's nothing that strictly wins you the game and I love it.
@@DavidPachón8591 Honestly that's just following up on weird design. How in the everloving fuck does turning into a bear make you more armored? If they wanted to make them tankier they should have created some sort of damage reduction or health increase mechanic, not just nab Warrior's Armor mechanics.
@@lMarcusl honestly i like it even more since druid HP gives you armor (less than warrior) but also damage, pretty accurate on terms of what the class is, current state is a different thing which im aggre is egregious in some terms (mana advantage)
I quite enjoyed the explanation on your plays and why you made certain choices because i struggle with learning how to run a deck just by watching someone play it.
I think anyone saying this is referring to standard, where warrior just doesn't have any of the tools (like armorsmith) to get crazy good armor, but druid has been getting huge armor packages every expansion
@@gackybass I was fairly sure it originated in WoW and/or warcraft, druid was actually just more armor based than warrior but the perception was flipped in hearthstone, cause of the hero powers I presume
@@nanaquewetung Generally in wow I think they had similar armor ratings, but because warrior wore plate and druid wore leather, druid needed a much, much higher adjustment to that value to match up - I think nowadays prot warrior gets 40% of their strength as extra armor, while bear druid gets 220% increased armor. In the end it's a similar amount, but it's easy to associate that big number adjustment on bear form with a big resulting armor value.
When you have to gain 60 HP in one turn because your opponent played 2 ancient ones, a giant and a 4/4 on turn 6.. And people were complaining about a 4 mana 7/7.
That “4 mana” 7/7 had two overload, So you had 3 mana on turn five after they killed it with cheap spot removal. It didn’t even stay in the deck that standard rotation
I'm running ETC with Elwyn Boar, Boompistol Bully for finishers and bulwark fir survival. Also a leaner skipper package with target dummies. Dropped the rush package for them basically - makes draw more consistent IMO
I don't get why players don't kill the damn skipper. Like, I understand that armorsmith is the one giving the armor, but Skipper is the one that procs all the minion damage for the armor. I feel like Dane wouldn't have survived that Edwin if the opponent killed the Skipper instead of the Armorsmith. EDIT: @5:50 Dane says exactly my thoughts.
I don't think this is a meme deck. It has the capability of exhausting current aggro decks without much trouble. It's control matchups remain to be seen and idk if you can tech it for combo but it seems promising.
that was straight up cathartic, mate. I can't believe you've managed to make it through 100+ damage, wow. goes on to show how powerful the skipper and the axe are.
Such a sick deck. I love engage warrior control and this is just a new, better version in my eyes. Love it. Engine is so smooth as a base it could run combos as well i feel. Nice as hellll
13:45 ive never lost to them But an easy way is to silence the last one Or mindcontrol only one with sylvannas But if they cheat it out then its just OTK lose

The power couple!
And fizzle and zola are playable cards outside the infinite combo. Dead mans hand did literally nothing against most matchups
The thing is, it's so weak to minion disruption
@@TheRealMawks the deck is super filled with minions so its not that bad
@@TheRealMawks Yeah, the deck would only be playable if people didn't run that kind of cards... Thankfully, that happens to be the case.
I've watched this video 100 times already and i can say that this is a dane classic
I guess you went infinite with watching the video huh?
it's a Dane wild but I'm happy for u anyway
I've told you a million times about exaggerating! 😮
@@jjts1386 It does meet the Dane standard though
Holy Shit this meme is everywhere and it hasn't been funny once.

That moment when you went from 9 hp to 9 hp and 57 armour because the druid didn't remove your skipper was amazing hahah
Certainly the best HS content producer of all time.
01:13 Location is still +1/+1 for each card, not two, but it did get a cost nerf before the stealth was removed
He probably got mixed up with Denathrius nerf
Finally Warrior is where he should be. The King of amor.
I only really thought about it in the last few minutes, but the win condition of this deck is simply don't loose. There's nothing that strictly wins you the game and I love it.
That last game was pure armor satisfaction... GG Dane, always a pleasure
I really like when you do voice over commentary over games
love the fact that this isn t even an exploit, it s just how it was intended to work
Luv risky skipper
Luv armorsmif
Luv the commentary
Simple as
Next deck: DHM mage? (Simulacrum + Fizzle = infinity rommath)
Really like what you did there, truly the king of control decks
The oldstyle warrior
Remember when this was the armor class and then they decided to give druid more armor gain for no reason 😊
Make sense, have you ever fought a druid in bear form back in WoW Vanilla? Armor its also part of the druid identity
Anyways i get you, warrior doesnt have healing/magic stuff (lorewise) so its fair to say he could be tankier

who would win
a 20/20 on turn 4
a 1/3
Stuff like this is the reason why I watch your channel, amazing deck, lad 👌🏻
That first game was the epitome of that "I didn't hear no bell" South Park meme.
I quite enjoyed the explanation on your plays and why you made certain choices because i struggle with learning how to run a deck just by watching someone play it.
Very nice deck lad, I'm playing this now. Takes some getting used to, but when you do it's golden!
Loved seeing it live, worth seeing it again. Keep up the good work.
That last clip was incredible. So much armor...
Truly fantastic deck-building and gameplay. Very entertaining!
"Druid is the armor class"

As lovely as your deck was, I can't ignore the chad energy from someone playing Gonk Druid.
The intro deck tech was amazing
Damn man, the new content keeps coming. I love it
Dane mate, im dirt poor but really want to play this deck! Is barov necessary? Im missing him and town crier but have no dust left
Love watching you play this deck!
Your dirty rat chuckle gets me every time.
With high quality uploads this regular we’re gonna hit 100k in no time
Absolutely love this deck, dane.
keep em coming sir.. look forward to your videos every time
Yes, but don’t expect it to be good imo
I can't get over how good Dane is even with off meta "meme" decks.
I don't think this is a meme deck. It has the capability of exhausting current aggro decks without much trouble. It's control matchups remain to be seen and idk if you can tech it for combo but it seems promising.
Absolute Dane classic.
OMG This deck is sick! I hardly play wild and I think I might craft this thing for fun.
I have a similar deck, but with Tony+Explor Un'Goro, and Stickyfingers in the role of disruption
Sticky fingers only makes your deck worst in most matchups to be fair

Is running second to the front isntead of thaurissan Dumb or would it work?
Do you know how many games have you been able to play with this deck, Dane? It seems difficult to use it as well as you do. :)
Edwin: Why won't you die?
Warrior: Armor Smith son!
Is Thaurissan really useful ? Don't know if i should crft him to try this deck out
The last game make every hard-core CW climax 3 times lol😂
dane you’re the freaking man!
That armor feel like old time patron
Who would win: a 20/20 Edwin Von Chadcliff or a 1/3 Goblin Pirate Boi???
Such beautiful encounters.
Such satisfying gameplay
Amazing content ! You're the best
The best DMH deck doesn't use DMH, lmao
wish i could afford this looks so fun lol, i’m addicted without playing post more
Is there any better slot than thaurissan ?
Really enjoyed the video and the deck tho
He's good for keeping reduction on the snapshot cards and really good for card drawing mid game. I'd probably keep him in if you can.
18:08 playing that one minion got you 42 armor xD
Risky Skipper may very well be one of the strongest Warrior cards of all time
People just refusing to play around skipper and letting it live turn after turn is actually so silly
It's honestly sad, like people are losing neurons
Does this deck just lose vs kingsbane?
that razorfen armor really stacks up eh?
I always find the explanations and tips in the video so useful but I'm never playing warrior lol
Are you wearing a pearl snap shirt?! They have those in not USA?!
That's an insane deck but i can't get the emperor inside. What's the point of it?
I think Dane and I have the same glasses.
what can we use instead of anchor?
Another 2/2 pirate draw
13:45 ive never lost to them
But an easy way is to silence the last one
Or mindcontrol only one with sylvannas
But if they cheat it out then its just OTK lose
wait how do you even combo with this deck? it doesn’t go infinite
edit: nvm i watched till the end
I was there POGCRAZY
I'm just waiting for the time an opponent plays plate breaker (though through Fizzle you will just keep the gravy train rolling)
First opponent threw the game at the end, right? They were at 4 HP, could have traded to leave Dane with less than 4 damage on the board.
Why call it Deadman's Hand if you are not running DMH?
Because the deck has the exact same effect as DMH. It's easier for people to understand what the deck is about if I call it DMH.
I wonder if the team had this in mind with Fizzle. 🤣
Love how everyone in comments see the armour gains and start remembering druids #fuckdruids
What a first game lad
wouldnt battleground battlemaster be a good add to that rogue deck :P? Maybe a bit too expensive
Gorgeous
Is it me, or the first guy had perfect lethal and didn't see it just because "me go face hurr hurr"? Assuming Dane didn't topdeck something that saved him
Don't forget that means you can play dead mans hand on every class now.
Alright lad!
Delightful
That first game was freaking hilarious. That dude def uninstalled.
This is just powrcreeped double armorsmith from back in naxx-gvg ey?
looks so fun but mega hard to play
P L A T E B R E A K E R
The warsong version you played just has a better wincon imo. This is a fun deck, but sucks in control matchups
Wish I could give this video 100 thumb ups. F rogue for life! :D
glorious

So much armor.
It says something when this deck can take 2 20 damage attacks in a row and just shake it off like it was a flesh wound.
Edit: It hit 5 times.
at7:33 the stupid rouge misplayed, could have survived the turn and have leathal next turn if he just use spell to kill the 3/1 and Edwin to hit 4/6 and the other two rush 4/4 clear the 2/2 and 3/2
