I seriously love watching you two together. You guys crack me up. This was a great review of the bikes. Very indepth. They should send her a rainbow one. I would like orange please. As good as this whole video is, my favorite part is how excited she got over the little bell lol. Love it!
I’m not going out with her on a rainbow bike ahhahahahahaa and yes she’s a pain with that bloody bell it’s ding ding ding lol but thanks guys . Hope your all safe and well
I love my new Mirider, I put it in the boot and the wife drops me off at work and I ride back at 6am as not to disturb her. It’s perfect. I’m 22 stone and it carries me fine so no excuse for anyone not to ride.
Hi guys been looking at various folders, been looking at estarli e20, like you say though mirider folds smaller, are you still happy with them or have you changed yet, many thanks 😎
Hi, as you are probably aware we have the first generation bikes from mirider (all be it with a few little tweaks) and they are still going strong, as with anything it all depends on personal preference and what your own needs are, we have never had any issues with ours and still use them weather permitting 😃
I'm thinking about getting one as I want to travel up to 15 miles to a castle and back which works out as 30 miles. Will the battery last that long and how fast do they go. I haven't been on a bike since the early 90s and I'm 49 but worried about falling off lol
This is the original model ours go up to 15 miles per hour and but the battery life depends on a few different things (like weight of the rider being one and which level of assist you use) but we have never had any issues getting around 40 miles out of the bike, but if you need more specific information just drop MiRider an email or give them a call as they are very helpful!
This is the only video we have done on these bikes sorry but I know a few other channels have also done videos so maybe have a look at some of those, or it might even be worth giving the guys at Mirider a message/call as they are extremely helpful and friendly and would know all the information you would possibly need. Hope this helps
We have had no issues with them at all but in all honesty we haven't been out on them in majorly heavy rain, but light rain we have been fine maybe next time it hammers down Neil can go for a 15 mile cycle and report back!! I'm sure Emma would love to film that from the comfort of the van lol!!
Ours loses power on anything but very smooth surfaces and suspect a loose battery- it is quite loose - or a bad conection. Getting it looked at under warranty now.
Not sure how much these bikes are now as we bought these back in October/November 2020 when they where very first released so these are the OG’s and there have been different models and upgrades since we bought ours, and the newer models are around 2 kg lighter so would be worth asking going to MiRider direct for their latest pricing
Folding bikes always look a bit odd compared to regular bikes, but if you need a folding bike that's the way it is. This is actually a really good design, simple and lightweight without compromising the performance. Some folding ebikes weigh 10kg more than this.
Thes bikes are brilliant.. small.. collapsable and easy to store.. and they ride fantastic.. get them . the Bigger bikes need somewhere to be stored and they are really heav y.
Hi great review we have bought 2 for our MH,and like you guys have 2 small doggies 🐶🐶. Quick question what dog basket are you using on the handlebars? Keep up the great content, subscribed 👍✅
But seriously it isn’t MiRider that designed or developed this bike. They are a Chinese manufactured bike. MiRider at best have re designed it’s waterproofing capability by one notch. I bought what is essentially the exact same bike with a 7 amp hour spare battery for a third of the price of this bike with one battery! There is an American re brand as well and I’ve no doubt others have done the same. What I can’t believe is the mark up! I paid just under £500 for a Onebot s6 with a spare battery!! You would be lucky to pick up a MiRider for less than £1300!! They were £1500 for cripes sake! I love to support local business but really, how is that mark up justified? Answers on the back of a very small postage stamp please? I have to say I’m really enjoying my Onebot s6. It’s a great asset for motorhome touring.
Hello to you both hope your both OK and doing well I'm still watching the videos and they are brilliant proper make me laugh your both amazing you always so entertaining and the van builds are amazing should open your own shop lol and your dogs are lovely proper cute lol anyway you all take care all the best
totally agree there are a lot cheaper cos we searched for months and tried so many , but for build quality and a 3 yr guarantee then nop thats why we bought them , if you buy cheep you normally by twice then it ends up costing more
These are useless bikes. Already it turned out to be dead and would not switch on. only to discover one of the green small connectors had come apart due to no slack in the cable, when folding the handle bars down puts tension on the cable and the connectors come apart. Only done less than 5 miles

@@UrbanVanlife can you point me to some videos where people show how it wheels while folded. I need that as I'm commuting via train
Can I ask when you freewheel downhill does the motor charge the battery?
Not that we know of, maybe that’s an upgrade idea 💡
they are the coolest looking e bikes I've seen
they realy are so good , but i do think there very expensive
@@UrbanVanlife yes 100% too expensive neil ...£800 and they would sell 10 fold .

Typical, now you're trolling your own subscribers, isn't it usually the other way round, Dan n Mazzy?
M.I. Rider? I always thought it was pronounced My Rider.
It is pronounced my rider welcome to Neil land lol!
It's 'My Rider', not M-Rider.
Correct
