    Some sellers sometimes get fed up with a property that they never really looked after. Maybe had a bad experience with a tenant or many other reasons to sell. If they came into the property by inheritance they got it for next to nothing. So by selling it they think they're getting something for nothing basically. It is what it is.

    Would you say deal sourcers who source and project manage brrr deals are worth paying 7k for their fees? An example is 50k purchase 20k refurb 7k fees no dealing with builders end value 110k? Mortgage of 82500 paid back. Opinions please as It seems too good to be true like Tej's deals or is that 7k fee too excessive

      The numbers look decent, what about your finance cost, legals, stamp etc? £7k is a little high imo. £3k sourcing fee and maybe a £2k PM fee for a project of that size
