Lease options seem to be downgraded to "lease obligations" in Scotland :(
The only issue I have with brr is you have to own the property for 6 months before you can revalue or remortgage
With some lenders not all. …and it’s not a big deal, u just factor in 6 month bridging costs

You still can find buy to let brrr that profit. Not much but long game
