I saw a commercial during a football this past weekend. It shows a sophisticated world traveler at an office, at different airports, speaking the languages. He gets to a restaurant in the U.S. where he speaks English. He asks for pecan pie. The waitress scrunches her brow and then says, "pe-caHn". I loved it!!

Dont know if you already know this anyway and its just some stupid wanna be advice but I'd suggest to let the chia seeds get soaked in water before you add them to your meal, otherwise they can and will absorb water from your body I think :) much love from Austria! x

I just started implementing your routine to help my hair recover from all the abuse it's gone through. It's a bit rough right now and my hair is fighting the curls but I'm staying patient. Thank you for these videos it gives me hope that I can have beautiful frizz-free hair
hey alba! did you experience any damage to the bleach after dying your hair? did your curls drop? i've been dying to do brown highlights but my hair is so dark i would have to use bleach.. let me know if it damaged your hair at all thanks =)

hey alba I'm in the process of getting my hair back to a healthy state i have wavy hair and don't know what products to use to help during the process i am trying to avoid heat if possible since my hair is damaged mainly due to heat straightening. what should i use for shampooing and styling and moister if you don't mind helping me. I use a few shea moisture shampoos and a conditioner and I love them. totally changed my hair after the damaged I did to it. its been a couple years now. cant stray away from them.
