@@professionalmermaid I appreciate the compliment! For the 50 fly I would say try to reach the 15m mark on both laps, try to take as few as possible breaths, and have a quick tempo. For the 50 breast, make sure you aren’t rushing the pull down, don’t breakout too deep underwater, and make sure you are completing your kick before you start your next stroke. For the faster kick, try to focus on making your up kick faster (bringing your heels up quicker). Hope this helps!
