It’s just an older cartoon I watched as a kid. The Flintstone’s is on cable now on the Boomerang channel where they rerun old classics. It’s about a family from the Jurassic era. Fred Flintstone and his friend Barney Rubble, the main characters had a sidekick for a while named Kazoo. He was a little green man like guy who was I think from outer space. He would grant wishes and cause mayhem. I think he was invisible to everyone but Fred and Barney. It was cute and funny. The Flintstones even have vitamins named after them as well as Fruity Pebbles and Coco Pebbles. I bet it you google Kazoo from that show you can find him…..❤
