When you placed the bubble level on the jig, I expected you to say "make the noise." Lol Sorry, too much Binky on my brain. Well done, well engineered.
Absolutely a masterclass in engineering. Your precision is perfect. Excellent as ever. Well done. The bike frame has got a great platform to be developed on.
Oh man I may be geeking out a bit over the fast motion part where you adjusted the welder for the diff thicknesses of metal and the sound changed. LOVE your stuff Matt, thanks!
I was wondering why so huge chunks as you could see the frame jig behind then it became clear it's a stand for the jig . Nice work great to see real time as well as the high speed shots on the plasma table and you sizzling ..makes a nice change no silly or overly loud background music . Nice job impressed
Nice job Matt, watching with interest. There were some bikes many years ago made on pressed steel frames, will be interesting to watch your frame progress.
You might want to cap off those legs on the stand...would not want to drop a part or tool in them. Well, that is, if you did not do it already...lol Love the build...wish I had one...I hope you have a great day & be safe.
looks good , you can slide a old filecabinet or a roll around toolbox under there and set it up next to the welder , bender and the coping tool and have everything within arms reach when working on a frame curious to see wat you come up with
Thanks Matt, greetings from New Zealand, always a pleasure to see you in action, that plasma cutter is an awesome toy to have, imagine how long it would take to fabricate those bits by hand !! everything always 'Fits like Glove', (need that on a t-shirt)
When I start watching some of your videos I have trouble seeing how what you are making is going to be something functional. Then about half way through I can see it. Clever stuff.
Another great video. Looking great. Couple of pointers for you, after you drill the holes, countersink then tap. For the tap if you buy 2 and 3 flute taps you can use power like a hand drill to tap. 4 flute taps are hand tap only on the sizes your using. How's that speed and feed app working for you? Thanks for continuing with RUclips, hard choices to try something new.
I have watched all of your video good work what programs r u running on your plasma table to draw I saw sheetcam and it looked like mach 3 thanks for all the videos and help thanks Charles
Do you have a video where you talk about your face shield you use for cutting and grinding metal? I saw you have some tiny air pump hooked up to it hanging on your waist. Is that a welding mask with some kind of built-in respirator? Also should those always be worn when cutting and grinding steel? Just curious because I cut a stainless steel beer keg with an angle grinder a few years ago and didnt realize I shouldve worn a respirator. :\
Is this a copy or did you just think it up? Damned impressive skills either way. Think of a very light frame with decent suspension and brakes with a 2 stroke water cooled 250cc dirtbike motor..like 200lbs with full tanks....lol
Look Mat I'm beginning to wonder if yours is a real workshop. Granted you have all the right gear laying about, kettle, mug, water but we never see you with a brew!. That plasma table is the bogs dollocks. Top Job.
Did you have the road sign made or stole!? If stolen then shame on you and it needs to be returned to its rightful place, or if made then looks legit like a road sign and looks good. Which ever way the 2 edged sword will prick ones mind.
Honesty is a virtue. If the sign is stolen then it makes you as bad or worse than the man that diddled you in paint work because he stole from you also? think about it mate as I like your youtube site but not sin. please make right and make it known to your video site so to show are sorry for your actions. I mean it mate.
Plasma cutter looks so useful and quite quick to dial in a new part
Now that is what you call “Skilled Engineering” first class Matt - a pleasure to see it being made.
I second this comment
👍👍👍😜🏴🦄🎣😁✌️
Love your attention to detail. Not because something works does not mean it could be better. Glad to see you have improved a known design.
Fantastic Matt youve really got that plasma dialled in, super clean cuts.
When you placed the bubble level on the jig, I expected you to say "make the noise." Lol Sorry, too much Binky on my brain. Well done, well engineered.
Me too lol , iam sure everyone who follows B.O.M also silently said in their mind Haha
They do like a good jig, and i hope he will build some nice brackets for the frame
I was saying the same thing.
Was saying it in my mind but then realised the bubble wasn't digital lol
I think Matt says it in his head too. He pauses just long enough.
Spot on jig matt,,look forward to seeing frame progress
Now that’s quality! Robert M Pirsig would definitely approve.
I could watch that plasma cutter all day long
Amazing craftsmanship done on the jig , epic work 👍
always nice when you take care and plan what you are doing and you nail it!
Absolutely a masterclass in engineering. Your precision is perfect. Excellent as ever. Well done. The bike frame has got a great platform to be developed on.
Got stopped in my new hoodie today had a good chat....😎. Love it
Great job. Nice clean fabrication and precise construction. It should serve you well. Best regards.
Oh man I may be geeking out a bit over the fast motion part where you adjusted the welder for the diff thicknesses of metal and the sound changed.
LOVE your stuff Matt, thanks!
Awesome engineering. Great job mate.
Brilliant, can't wait for the frame build.Respect
Looks strong enough to dock the QE2. Too
Well done
Wow!! Talk about spot on flat and level? Awesome job Matt. Impressive shop stuff right there.
Can’t wait to see the frame.
Awesome 👍🏾👍🏾 can't wait to see the start of the frame
I was wondering why so huge chunks as you could see the frame jig behind then it became clear it's a stand for the jig . Nice work great to see real time as well as the high speed shots on the plasma table and you sizzling ..makes a nice change no silly or overly loud background music . Nice job impressed
AMAZING craftsmanship once again !!
Nice work!
That's a hell lot of awesome work you made there 👍
Excellent job on that frame jig
Matt
All plum Check 👊🏻👍🏻
A work of art in itself, well done mate!
If only the plasma cutter could do the threads as well :) Looking good !
A well thought out frame jig, good job Matt.
Spot on....Great job Matt.
Sweet. At least now the new frame will be fit for purpose when finished
Congratulations on reaching 60k!
Well done Matt perfection you can do immediately miracles take a little longer looking forward to the frame 👍👍👍👍
Looking forward to this build matt
Awesome work bud
Love your skills, that doll gives me the creeps.
Excellent wk Matt, looking forward to seeing the bike frame👍
Nice job Matt, watching with interest. There were some bikes many years ago made on pressed steel frames, will be interesting to watch your frame progress.
thats one hell of a jig ..awesome
You might want to cap off those legs on the stand...would not want to drop a part or tool in them. Well, that is, if you did not do it already...lol
Love the build...wish I had one...I hope you have a great day & be safe.
Waiting patiently to see the start of the frame.
Very nice work

curious to see wat you come up with
Matt you could say you are level headed!

Starting to get Xtreme plasma envy now 😁👍🏻
That turned out sweet. Another great video 👍👍
How I would have loved that plasma cutter?
What a cracking job. Can and hopefully will be used for years building cracking choppers
👍👍👍😜🏴🦄🎣😁✌️
Awesome Work 👍👍👍
Nice work 😎😎
Nice video. Awesome fabrication skills. Mahalo for sharing! : )
10:16 - "Like a glove."
When I start watching some of your videos I have trouble seeing how what you are making is going to be something functional. Then about half way through I can see it. Clever stuff.
It's quite obvious from the video you are doing your level best 😉
Mate your a genius 👍
Cheers mate.
Awesome...
Top job
HI can you help to build that support for frame ? I would better know to the measure if possible, thank
Matt..the only thing I would say about the jig..either mount it on wheels? Or make it a rotisserie type which helps a lot when welding? 😎👍
Looking gooood 👍
Another great video. Looking great.

Like a glove!!!
very smart
Did I see a Western Australian road sign just after the opening credits?
I know of two Urch Roads near Perth 😊
Like a glove...nice job mat, how the mongrel coming along?
Love watching you make things..im a welder but not done much fabricating..what project would you reccomend me try first to help me along :)
Hope the sketch gave you some ideas bud
This channel just gets better and better
I have watched all of your video good work what programs r u running on your plasma table to draw I saw sheetcam and it looked like mach 3 thanks for all the videos and help thanks Charles
hi very nice work . and very well dun
What does it stop you breathing in? Do you need to wear it on worksites or is it optional?
Sorry. Why wear the mask?
Nice.
when you do the high speed video you need to put the benny hill music over the top :-)
Why does your welder sound like that? What settings are you using?
Master

I was waiting for the level to "make the noise" great stuff though
roller bender bracket it
12:07 Make the NOISE.
Great job there Matt, just out of interest what does it weigh in at?
👍
Make the noise 😅😅
That jig looks expensive.
Is this a copy or did you just think it up? Damned impressive skills either way. Think of a very light frame with decent suspension and brakes with a 2 stroke water cooled 250cc dirtbike motor..like 200lbs with full tanks....lol
Love the downvotes, they must be amazing in the shop, they should link their perfect RUclips videos, o that’s right they don’t have any
It's a lot of expensive work if you are just making one frame.lol
Still needs cup holders .
Look Mat I'm beginning to wonder if yours is a real workshop. Granted you have all the right gear laying about, kettle, mug, water but we never see you with a brew!. That plasma table is the bogs dollocks. Top Job.
Are those eyes on the neck of your hoody or, is it ruly, ruly cold over there? Lo.
Did you have the road sign made or stole!? If stolen then shame on you and it needs to be returned to its rightful place, or if made then looks legit like a road sign and looks good. Which ever way the 2 edged sword will prick ones mind.
I'm first 😎
That's the ugliest motorbike frame I've ever seen🤣hehehe. Looking great.

SCS Sarge you can get them on eBay - nothings real nowadays
