It would be nice if the resistor values were listed in the comments. I have seen R-2R resistor nets to do this but you are doing it in way less resistors.
Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem explains us very good why is the Frequency at the Output after a certain point increasing. The speed of inputs signals probably has passt the 2xf(Nyquist) sampling speed. (:
How do you know the Arduino´s sampling rate? I mean, if i wanted to know the right time the Arduino takes to read an analog value and convert it to digital what should i do?
To read analog input you have to set up serial communication. When you setup you serial input you have to specify a baud rate which will tell you how many bits will be communicated per second.
you can check it with micros(). its actually pretty shit house slow unless you use tricks to make the ADC go asynchronously. and then its only awfully slow.
I am wondering between this kit "Arduino " and few others. I want to practice some dsp at home. so do you recommed it ? and can i use c++ language with it?

nice work!
ı have a homework like your work. could you send me your codes and shematic diagram please...
very nice
can you send me your codes and schematic diagran?
Nice job. I'm trying to implement a project like yours but i have little knowledge on Arduino. Could you send me your project?
