Ask the customer. We can’t just guess, but you can ask the customer if it is under a certain amount it could be meals, it is gas it usually is a certain amount usually around the same

Can you do this with tracking mileage?
You can record your mileage with your QuickBooks app and add to QuickBooks in a Journal entry debit mileage expense credit owned to owner
