    Hey! Thank you so much for this series! I'd love to see a few videos about editing rules, categories, and bank accounts; and correcting transactions that you put in the wrong account.
    Thank you!

    Hi Clara, Thank you very much for your contribution. Can you clarify why the payee is A1 Rental since refund is made by A1 Rental? Thanks and respect so much.

    Great stuff thank you. You do explain things very well and it makes life much easier. Is there a video that explains how to split money coming in between revenue accounts and money going out? Would love to see something on that if possible.

      If you have received $200 in your bank account, can you split the amount between two or three different revenue accounts? Going forward we won't have the same issue, but would like to record the history in the different accounts. Thank you

    Hello Clara How to make the correct entry Annual membership fee if it is not displayed in the bank's reconcile, but in the bank statement?

    Do you know anything about insurance claims, specifically water or fire damage restoration. And Xactimate pricelists itemizations. Is there a way to bring that into invoicing? And is there a way to track partial payments on invoicing, deliquency tracking? And adjustments or edits on reconciled payments or posted incoming payments

    Hi… thx for creating those amazing helpful videos.
    I just a bookkeeping job, pretty new at qb and I tried to add a rule for the mobile phone (just to practice) and it added all the previous months’ bills, even though the account was reconciled. I am confused 😅…
    How can I start a rule and do not have the input from previous months but just the future transactions, pls.

    Hi Clara, Thank you for the great info. Simple question: Is it possible to create a Rule that when Invoice is recorded paid, the QBO automatically pays company owner a certain %. Thnxs.

    • @ClaraCFO
      @ClaraCFO  Год назад

      As far as I know, no. This would be more of an automation than a rule. I don't think this is possible through rules.

    Hi Clara, Thank you for the tutorials. I just finished watching 'Bank Rules' and you did not click on the box that I believe would add a filter that I use often, which makes the rule more detailed to the information needed. It is the box labeled: Include the Following. Please click that drop down menu in your next bank ruled video, so we can see the choices available there. Otherwise, I am learning a great deal from your videos. Kind Regard, Terry :)

    Just migrated from QB desktop to QBO yesterday. Help I need to file 941 and the payroll tab in QBO is nothing like the desktop. What am I missing? I can’t figure out how to file the taxes. Yes I connected to the bank. Is it automatic? I need to know the amount that will be withdrawn so I have the funds available! Thank you.

    I love your tutorials. Several of the companies that I manage and do bookkeeping for are moving over QuickBooks online; one is a CoffeeBar with daily sales. What is the best way to upload/enter the daily Square Sales. I don't really need inventory, just the best way to book the daily sales that match up to the Square deposits. Each deposit has the Gross Sales, Coupons, Sales Tax, Tips, Gift Cards Sales, Gift Card Redemptions Redemptions and the daily Square fees deducted from the total daily deposit.

      Thanks so much for watching! I don't have much experience with square, but I noticed when I searched "Hector Garcia Square", that Hector had a lot of videos about square. I'd do that and see if you can find some other videos that would show you what you need to do! There is a square app to do a direct connection, but I am not sure how good it is. I would search for videos on the square app.

    Hi Clara, is it possible to use one quick book license for three different business managed under one company/owner

    • @ClaraCFO
      @ClaraCFO  Год назад

      Not with QB online. One company QBO account is advised! You can get the QBO accountant version so that you can toggle between each account easily and manage billing in one place.
