The "DBZ Budokai 4" mod Project is a fan-made modification of the original "DBZ Infinite World" on PS2, running on PCSX2 emulator.
It features new gameplay, fixed fatigue system, new Comeback System, new costumes, new characters, new stages, new transformations, new capsules, new moves, new movepools, new inputs, new Specials, new RTFs and many other Quality-of-Life improvements.
Its Budokai 4 v0.5 Demo is publicly available for download here:

This Project was born from the collaboration between NIM and Dr. Doppietta, with the partecipation of other modders like SamuelDoesStuff, MetalFrieza3000 and ASTR47 / Trevon1344.

I'm gonna be really honest, I fucking love everything about this project. This is truly some really exceptional work. I wish that Bandai would straight up just pay you to make a full version of this game, that's how good this is. The only complaint I have, and this could totally just be a me thing, is that I hate Janemba's voice. It got kind of annoying to listen to the high pitched squeals after a while. I feel like the Shin Budokai voice lines for him are less grating to listen to, would it be possible to throw those into like v0.7 if it's not too too much to ask? Other than that, you fucking killed it and I would pay money for this
We're already gathering Janemba's new voice lines, so he'll be fixed in v0.6, when it's out, don't worry. ;)

That is a super attack, they just haven't added the capsule info to the game cuz you don't need a capsule for it@@celestialstriden
Janemba's RTF on "↓E", the one you saw at 0:32, will eventually get its name properly displayed on screen.
Maybe it's too much to ask but is it possible to port hell from the shin Budokai games ?
I've already worked on that, but for now it's a no-go.

Janemba looks great, but I do have a question: Do you plan on changing his voice? The game confusingly gives him the voice of his yellow form, and I suppose it could be possible to replace them with the voice clips from the Tenkaichi games.
Yes, we already planned to do it. NIM is just gathering his new voice lines, he'll be fixed for sure in v0.6.
Are you gonna do what you did with Cell and change his voice? Or is he gonna be left as is?
Depends what which game they replace Dub Janembas voice data with so he sounds more like how Super Janemba usually does.
Janemba will get his voice lines fixed. It's just a matter of time.

Yes, I've explained in my previous videos that Goku no longer has SSj4 form. It's exclusive to his GT counterpart now.

This mod is based off IW, but has so much more: revamped gameplay, new fatigue system, new gameplay features and options. Not to mention new costumes, stages and transformations, or even new characters altogether.
I suggest you to watch some other video about this Project, it has been in the work for over a year now. ;)
