Every day except Wednesdays because on Wednesdays I workout and on Thursdays I don't have enough time. But when I have time on Thursday and Wednesday I train too.
RoxRite you've become my FAVORITE BBoy because of your principles as a Bboy. I call you the Freeze KING because you're freezes as so on point that I don't think anyone can match it. I've been recovering from a my left shoulder being dislocated Jan 4 2014, and an injured spine in a traffic accident Nov 15 2016 and an overuse injury on my right wrist a few months ago but I've been keeping positive that I I'll be able to get back into breaking at a higher level. I've been trying to stay as lean as possible when working out and doing some Yoga hear and there as well as drinking as much water as possible. You and Les Twins are the reason that I love dance and I sincerely hope that you continue to thrive as an artist in your craft. We only have one life so making the most out of it by bettering and maintaining our good merits is what leads us to success on both the good and bad days. Much love and keep killin it RoxRite :D
This video is SUPER helpful. You broke everything down in detail. I like that. And even with a busy schedule like training one day a week. You still try and make time for your passion. I'm glad you said it, because I don't think a lot of people understand that. Thanks for your help!! I also follow your IG
Hes one of the few "straight up bboy"s out there. Im glad he is now sharing gems on youtube! It was a pleasure meeting u live bak in Syd, many years ago!
Really appreciate you sharing these insights man... I've been breaking just over 13 years since I was ten, and been struggling to find a new balance with my training due to some shoulder injuries I had starting from two years ago. Learning to be more flexible in my approach has not been easy, but seeing how you shift stuff around and still dance at a high level is very motivating. Keep up the good work.
The versatility and execution of your freezes is looks fresh as always, and you stack them like no one else can. Keep rockin' Rox! I better get to cleaning out some freezes of my own.. ;)
I remember lookin you up and taking all your moves but i was a lil kid like 13 but now im about to be 22 its just amazing to see how things have turned out for you.
Thank you Rox for making this awesome video. It's really helpful, especially the slow motion. Please make more videos like this. I found it's not easy to find interesting b-boy music on Spotify. Is it ok to share your playlist with me? Much appreciated❤😊
Deadman 2000's finally destroyed my rotator cuff after 20 years. Good to see you still going hard on the floor. The hardest part for me is finding a practice spot.
Dope! You’ve always been an inspiration of mine so I appreciate all these knowledge and videos you’ve been dropping as of late especially since I’m an only bboy in my town (small town lol). 🙏
What's real carnal. Forgot you even had a channel. Or at least I thought others might have a channel under your name. Been hoping to cypher one day. Last time was in 2013. Respect and peace be with you on your travels. ERRMAQ from Los Angeles 🇲🇽☝️
You will be sore for most practices but also depends on how consistent and how long your practice. Definitely stretching after is helpful. When already sore before hand helps
I enjoyed your video. Much respect. I am sure this question is asked to you. Just curious, how do you get into BC One or at least prelims? Also would it be too late for this 38 yr old? Lol
Yo Rox, what made you decide to not obtain air power? and is it something you still have in mind for later or have you just decided that it's not for you and your arsenal/style of breaking. much love brotha!
@@RoxRiteofficial dude considering how fast the body deteriorates in this type of extreme dance, I am very proud and have the upmost respect that you keep pushing even though you are nearing 40. Man guys like you and Hong 10 and Lilou and Ronnie were like the best of the best back in the 2000s, how times have past and now dance is on a whole other level. Seriously, thank you for everything you have done for the dance, your battle style and freezes are dope.
What’s your practice week looking like? Share on here!
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7pm - 10pm. Then Sunday 6pm - 9pm
Every day except Wednesdays because on Wednesdays I workout and on Thursdays I don't have enough time. But when I have time on Thursday and Wednesday I train too.
Had an exam yesterday, trained today, will train tomorrow and then an exam again!
Im working on my stamina lately doing that deadly footwork rounds:)
@@habysa Nice! Good luck on your exams gotta take care of that first!

Question: does any of your muscle hurt after every practice? And what do you do after practices?( shower, streches, etc)
You will be sore for most practices but also depends on how consistent and how long your practice. Definitely stretching after is helpful. When already sore before hand helps
I enjoyed your video. Much respect.
I am sure this question is asked to you.
Just curious, how do you get into BC One or at least prelims?
