- In this video you will see my daughter handling her German Shepherd against 2 bad guys at the same time. You will see her dog engage the bad guy and as soon as the second one tries to reach for her ...he lets go of the first one to engage the second bad guy. He doesn't let either of the bad guys get to her. He doesn't let either one place a single finger on her. It is only the beginning of training in helper work for one of the bad guys in the video.

I have to say this is just amazing, I think every 5 year old girl should have a German Shepherd like this. I have never seen a dog change attackers on command. This is what I hope to aspire one day! Thank you for sharing this awesome video.

What you wrote makes no sense whatsoever. You're claim that any domesticated dog can preform the task of protection work demonstrated in this video is incorrect, and the fact that you can read a book and train a dog to do this level of skill work is also incorrect. It's wierd, cus my family bought my German Shepherd to be a protection dog, and when I take him out for walks, I always feel like I'm the one protecting him. Being a Wrestler, I feel the instinct to tackel and takedown anyone who hurts my German Shepherd.

My dog is literally 15, hes rotting from the inside.. Ill experinse that feeling very soon.. It will be the 1st person / animal ive lost. At under a teenager tats very good. (Edit : R.I.P my friend.. 💕 hes gone.. )
Once there was a guy trying to break in my/my mum's kitchen window and my sisters dog was just wagging his tail my mum scared the dude away tho

i think its amazing what people can teach dogs to do.
Teaching it to bark before attacking would be a great deterrent.

Your girls a boss dude! That was so impressive! It's so good to see other trainers raising their dogs to protect their child but also training their child how to handle an animal being so aggressive and yet be so calm, but always being in control! Amazing man

Right I've got to clear this up. It's training, of course it's training. Why would some random kidnappers be wearing protective padding? And if they were real why wouldn't they hit the dogs? Why wouldn't the camera man help? Because this is training, it's not hard to figure out. Jeez.

you don't really know what your dog is capable until theyre is a real threat, with a real bad guy that hits back. with real emotions, hidden sleeves are better. anyway, thumbs up for not disabling comments, because most people that post these types of videos do because of the questions and scrutiny that it raises.
I used to have a German Shepard cross and he was soo obedient to my dad however if we were playing inside and I was screaming as you do, he would go nuts and try to get dad.... They are sooo loyal and protective ❤️❤️❤️

A very good trained german Shepherd. When i was a child we also have one. It always takes care about me and my family. But he also was a totaly family dog. Sleeping on sofa takes care abot our cat(best friends). Loves to play with us. Best dog ever. Us as children have learnd a lot of our animals in social behavior.... natuarly most from our parents. Please excuse if i made some mistakes in spelling... i am german and my english instruction is more than 30 years ago.
