Today I bring you a concept that has been dwelling in my mind for a bit, I've been a fan of the Yakuza series for years now and I've been venturing on making more action-focused stuff, it was a little scary since this is getting into territory I'm not familiar with, but I'm very happy with the result!

the 4th is good too my dude (at least i think, i played em all and i think the 4th did it's job more than well), kiryu is a beast in it, saejima is peak strenght fantasy (not as much as in 5th tho) and akiyama is doing some tony hawk pro skater stuff without a skateboard (he's just straight up flying), tho the controls are still a bit stiff
Never thought I'd see the day where Dogday became a badass.

Klonoa and Blinx together brought a huge smile to my face
Some of them being more cinematic than others feels really cool. It was jarring at first, but realizing that it suits the different styles of games made it feel genius.
The mayor and his secretary are such a wholesome duo.
Heat actions are really coolest thing that only happens in animation, whereas live-action cannot take it.
3 minutes of beautifully animated annihilation! Plenty of cool franchises referenced here! Plus tons of unique takedowns to spare.
My favorites were the Hat Kid one as well as the one involving Animal Crossing Characters.
With Mario & Sonic vs Bowser being the runner up.

I liked the one with the Smiling Critters and Catnap going into his bigger body

If there's a part 2 here are my picks.
Deadpool: Hits home run with the health bar
Caesar King (Zenless Zone Zero): Runs over you with her motorcycle, pops a wheelie which launches you into the air before leaping off her bike and finishing you with an RKO.
Dante: Does an air combo that ends with him surfing you across the pavement.
Wrex (Mass Effect): Headbutts you so hard, your feet get stuck in the ground, headbutts you a second a time and that's your torso, he finishes it by blasting you with his shotgun.
King Sisyphus & King Minos (Ultra kill): King Minos teleports in front of you to execute a drop kick that sends you flying into King Sisyphus who grabs you and spins you around before giving you back to King Minos who finishes you off with an elbow drop that causes a shockwave.

The one still existing Blinx fan must've been all "Blinlx mentioned!" but I will say that Kolona and Blinx teaming up is a real mood, even if Kolona still has a dedicated but still super niche following.

My favorite ones are the Animal Crossing ones and the Mario and Sonic one. (Mario and Sonic teamwork is always peak to me!) But the Blinx and Klonoa one was also absolutely awesome!

The fact we still haven't gotten a game where Mario and Sonic do that for real is criminal.
I think the ending to the Mario & Sonic heat action could've been just a wee bit better if, since coins and rings went flyin' outta Bowser, they each caught one of their respective item after landing before doing the fistbump, with Sonic catchin' the ring on his finger.
Anyway, THESE ARE ALL FRICKIN' AWESOME :D
