Buy XT200 instead of xt100...new model with Electronic viewfinder (xt100 don't have) and the image quality is as good as the Sonys... plus it's a low light champion on beginner cameras and cost less than 50k in shops with 15-45 lens. Or you can consider alpha 6400(expensive) EOS 3000d os outdated.

In my opinion i prefers sony instead of m50 mark ii because it has 4k vedio recording without any extra cropping and it also 6k downscaled 4k so Sony's footage is more detailed.and it has also have more autofocus point...but if we compare the build quality i prefer m50.it feel more premium than a6100 and it has a nice grip also. For conclusion.if you are mainly focused on vlogging m50 is best.if you are wish to take high quality vedio or low light vedio sony is best

A6100 is far better than canon m50. But canon is a bit more cheaper and has easier menu for beginners…4K video, Autofocus and real time tracking are all far better in a6100(same as a6600)..Lens options also better in Sony E mount than Canons EFM especially if you plan to upgrade to a full frame system in the future..(E mount is universal and works in both apsc and full frame)
