An underrated episode, honestly. It’s not in my top 10, but it’s got a lot. From the rear-projected lobster shadows to the 30 year-old teenagers to the lab model skeletons to Thor’s ham-fisted evil (TOR-CHA), there’s good stuff all around.
Underrated? When MST3K was in production, this was a top-rated episode. Of course, 35 years later, we now have a large sample of episodes, and some references might be lost on younger audiences, so I understand if people like best the episodes they grew up with, etc.
@@terrytube5247 Compared to legendary episodes like Space Mutiny, Pod People, Manos, Werewolf, Mitchell, Final Sacrifice, and Cave Dwellers, this one just doesn’t get quite as much traction. That’s why I said it’s underrated.
what if instead of the woman in the pool, he'd walked in on the woman in the bath in the Girl in Lover's Lane? It would have ended the same way, but I'd like to see that conversation.
The acting in this movie is terrible. I mean the alien guy talking like a robot I can almost believe is intentional because he's not suppose to be human except all the humans are also talking like robots so I can't tell who's an alien and who's human. The only real clue is the alien's costume that doesn't look like anything a person would typically wear... also I pretty sure that's Robin William's costume from Mork and Mindy.
Next thing you know, Grandpa will be putting a tea cozy on his head and advising his son on better car salesmanship.
“GHAAA!!”
"I suck at my job!"

@@steealconwyrick1999 Final Justice? Hell, anything starring Joe-Don...
I have seen this movie uncut its unwatchable without mst3k 😅
@@mikesilva3868 99.9% of them are, true! And when you watch without the riffs--YOU MISS THE RIFFS! Honestly, MST3K MADE these 💩-ers viewable! 😂🍿
TORCHA!
*muffled yelling from the trunk*
Wow! Yeah! HA!
"Oh grandpa, I bought that Nyquil for colds not for you to make nyquiladas."
Shhhhhh. Grampa's taking a hangover.
A man from space named… Derek.
His last name wasn't Venturi, was it?
@@DTD110865 Hall. Probably. And he wants your genomes, stat.
The old guy singing 'Its a nice day for a white wedding." 😆
Nice white shoes, Pat Boone from outer space 👌
There were many springs in this segment.
VINTAGE MST3K, every line a banger: 'Nyquiladas'...! 🍸
2:29 CSI: the Hallowe'en Decoration edition
3:45 - gets me every time!
Well, you can see why she wore that bathing cap. She had to protect that lovely hair.
I don't know where you're from, but on this planet, we say "please"!
Gramps started early today.
Top 5 MST3K ep for me, just non-stop laughs
Miss Hathaway seemed very eager to go down to see the mimeographs - she clearly loves the smell of mimeographs in the morning.
While this movie isn't good it's certainly better than most of the movies they spoofed.
You've got THAT right. It definitely isn't..."TORRRCHA!!!!" -- as movies like "Monster-A-Go-Go" or "Red Zone Cuba" were. 👍👍
This movie was clearly interesting enough to embed itself in Tim Burton's head at some point.
Don't worry, Joe. Derek will take very very good care of Betty.
⛳DEREK⛳ Even in the 1950s, IT'S ALL OVER for Betty.
So could that ray gun be used for weight loss? You know, put it on a lower setting? I need to drop about 20 pounds pronto!

"Proof you can be too rich and too thin."
LOL. This shows up in my feed just as I’m prepping to open my swimming pool. 😂😂😂😂
See how that works?! :D
I saw this film in the game 'Destroy all Humans'
It's a beginning, anyway...
😅hilarious
There's a finite number of old movies they could use.
That Sylvia Plathe she sure turned up in alot of MST3000 movies, huh? 🤔 she had a busy life outside the bell jar....
WHAT ABOUT TORTURE?!?!?!?!
Its a classic clip when I remember exactly the skeleton as soon as I read the video title

That guy put in a convincing performance of a robot disguised as a human, but I think that was by accident.
It's either the costume of Mork or Joel Robinson.
It's way more worse than Turkish star wars 😂
Funniest episode ever 😅
He’s a young Dr. Fauci. “You will tell no one!”
