I just sampled this at Dillards, I think anyone who likes leather but doesn’t want to be offensive with Tom fords ombré leather, this is sweeter and more balanced. Definitely check it out

The mountain of money you have to pay these days for designers, maceration shouldn’t come into it. Should simply be ‘plug-in and play’ 🤷🏽
I think it’s time for you to do a video about maceration vs. maturation. Help clear up the confusion that continues to spread throughout the fragrance community.

V&R will release an Edp or an Extreme flanker like they typically do. Their initial releases are typically just above average performance, then the flanker is the power house. They've done that 3 times now

I’m always happy to see a spicebomb flanker getting released! Definitely worth a sample at least. The black leather note has really peaked my interest.

So am I. I own the EDT and SpiceBomb Extreme. No real plans to add any others. However I think I will replace my half empty bottle of SpiceBomb Extreme with SWY Tobacco.

I look forward to trying this one.. I really like Infrared and think they stay true to the OG..
Yep, this review is spot on. Yesterday, I spent half a day at the Rosedale Mall near Minneapolis. I first stopped in at Macy's and sprayed this on my forearm. The opening is definitely stellar. Then, after a couple hours, it settled very close to skin. Pretty weak sauce...
Really, it does remind me a bit of BVLGARI Man in Black. In fact, the performance is very similar to MIB. MIB, however, is just superior with way more going on as it develops on skin.
I tht that of coral fantasy (not projecting). Caught a cool summer night and it was POWWWER! Hopefully this will have the same effect when a cool night/fall hits.
Coral fantasy is an amaaaazing fragrance especially for an EDT
I got it the other day, and I love it! The leather in it is very prominent and it’s not sweet or cashmere note that you see in Ferragamo, it’s more in the wheelhouse of Tom Ford fragrances. There is a reminiscence of the other Spicebombs but I don’t think they are too similar. It’s great and I don’t share the critique

All of our spicebomb bottles do same before the atomizers. OG, Extreme and Infrared.
Tried this yesterday here in England. Reminds me very much of Lataffa Mahir Black. Only sprayed 3 times on my forearm and could smell it 9 hours later.

Extreme has definitely been nerfed in recent times. Not the powerhouse it used to be.

I’m definitely intrigued. I think it all depends on what you want. Sometimes subtle isn’t a bad thing. The last you want to do is stink everyone out with your scent. If you are looking for a great club scent then from the sounds of it, this one isn’t for you but do sample to see what the longevity is like. Maybe its performance will be just what you are looking for.
I agree, I still have not worn my interlude man 4 that very reason.

Great description Ash. This year I want to get my hands on my first Spicebomb and I;ve been eyeing the original one and Infrared EDP, and now this one has just entered the contest. I'm totally OK with this one not being a projection beast, otherwise I would just wear Sauvage all year round. There's got to be choices for people who want more subtle, inviting scents. That happened to me with Valentino Born in roma intense, after a month or two it became a whole lot stronger. The first week it was like body spray, stong 5 minutes after spraying, then nothing, now it lasts and projects
I’m still going to try it out. I’m in the OG and Extreme camp but sometimes I just find it too annoying after 4-6 hours. If this is slightly subtler than those, I’m in.
it is very sad the price point for the new designers is so high. I will never buy a fragrance new ever again. lol so many old discounted fragrances to choose from.
If you need a powerhouse get one of the others in the Spicebomb line. Having a “weaker” fragrance that can be worn in different occasions is not a bad thing

My favorite is the OG Invictus, I’m newer to fragrances so I never got to smell the original Aquas, I think those would probably be my favorite

I bought it a few days ago, it's amazing. Performance is decent too.
I used to love that fragance but after 10 years using it has become boring so I changed it for a different one. Let’s see if the New one from Spicebomb makes the difference again.
I wish Ash would mention what its similar to. Based on the notes I hope it doesn't smell almost identical to the $35 give or take to Issey Miyske Nuit D'issey or any in the line ad there is a lot if similarities between them. I like spicebomb and am a big Issey Miyale fan but $35 vs $140

Brands don’t care, because certain ‘influencers’ will lie and say “8-9 hours - easily folks!” I agree with your point.
@MrBoddy72 to me, it depends on how much you spray on. Roja from the brand Roja Dove recommends spraying liberally. I have followed this, and it works. Two to three stays at each location.

As a Spice bomb user that bottle is 100% fine jajajaj.

13:29 There is Ash. When I bought a new Y Le parfum I generally thought that it smelled like eau de toilette for Zac Efron, after Sauvage edp. Seriously, for some reason, this actor associated me with aroma. And then the fragrance infused over the winter, now the durability is for a couple of days from the blotter, from the skin 8 + -12. As it gives in the nose when applied - but I'm crazy🤤😎👌🖤✨

@jlippert1002 I'm in the UK and there is a French site called MyOrigines. I purchased SBDL from there a few weeks ago before it was released in the UK. They were also selling it for 20% off so it cost me £61 including delivery. I sold it for £20 profit after discovering it was far too weak for me and not worth having. I've had two or three orders from MyOrigines. They are legit. They source into France from other EU countries, seems to be from Netherlands most of the time, and then distribute to the UK.

If the spice bombs didn't smell amazing I would be offended that a $100+ fragrance comes in a bottle that leaks. That should be unacceptable. I got lucky with my bottle of extreme, it doesn't appear to leak but I could smell it as soon as I opened the box.
