True story- it was one of Josh’s videos that inspired me to move to St John’s County. Actually, it was many of his videos. That said, that was almost two years ago and he and his team helped me and my family find the PERFECT home. We relocated from San Diego so we had high expectations. I’m happy to report that we LOVE it here and aren’t looking back. Josh- you provide such and amazing service and are one of the best resources there is. Thank you for the impact you and your team have had on my family and for making the relocation to Florida a truly fantastic experience.
Wow! What a beautiful testimonial. I am very grateful for his videos and your comment. I'm about to watch this one now. I am moving to Saint Augustine with my toddler soon. I'm so excited!
I have to ask, if you have pets, how did you move across the country with them? I have 3 cats and a lizard and we would be driving. I’m nervous about over-stressing them. Also, no obligation to answer…thank you, either way
@@MountainKoi91 no problem. We moved with Two dogs and a hamster. One dog had to ride in the cargo hold with the luggage. He was fine. The other was a Pekingese and had to ride in the cabin. Luckily we upgraded to first class so there was plenty of room and she was a small dog. The Hamster also rode underneath with the luggage and to our surprise was fine. They almost didn’t let us bring him which would have been a nightmare. All in all, it was better to deal with all that for 5 hours as opposed to driving for 4 days and staying at hotels.
For those of you commenting saying it's definitely not cheap there.... You're right. If you're comparing it to the rest of Florida or the rest of the South. SO, YES... it is cheap if you're comparing it to anywhere in New York Or California. Ridonculously cheap in comparison.
You're not kidding. Home prices are skyrocketing! I'm shooting another video jumping into the details of the cost of living. It covers taxes, healthcare, and housing. Keep you posted J B
Hey Tom! I personally can't, but one of my team members lived down there for a few years and reports that Tampa is much hotter and more populated. She describes St. Johns County as a breathe of fresh air in every way possible compared to Tampa. Text me any time and we can get you two chatting about the differences, 904-417-7926

@@JRAFL That was helpful, thank you!
I prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life.❤
Florida is turning into California. Except it's a little peninsula without enough room for everyone. Everyone moving to Florida is not a good thing.
Awesome information Josh. Keep them coming.
ahhh, thx so much Nick
Definitely not cheap here. One of the most expensive real estate markets in the whole country. Too much traffic. We don't need any more
You're right it's not cheap. No question there.
when you coming from the east coast, its deff cheap down there lol
@@fabioandrade9973 it is the East Coast. And it's definitely not cheap by any means
Homes have gone up 21% in one year
@@thefishingfool3397 FFS, I mean Boston/NY area.. deff way cheaper

Love it! We are considering this area of the future. Right now we live in Austin, TX
Awesome, Crystal! Would love to hear more!
How can you say cost of living is low? Seems home prices are skyrocketing.

@@JoshRogersRealEstateFL Please do, seems like St Johns is starting to slip away from my grasp!
@@JB-zn1zu haha, mine too!
Welp I'm moving there so thanks!
Welcome to the Sunshine State!
Can you comment on how this area differs from Tampa? We are currently researching different parts of Florida for an out of state move

Is there multi family houses in St. John’s
yes
Teacher, family, exodus from NY imminent. St John's top of the list in our East Coast city choices.
330k for a house wow. My trailer cost 31k I live 45 minutes from Tampa, Florida.
That’s smart, though, cause when hurricanes come, just pack it and drive until it passes, right?
@@MountainKoi91 hurricanes don't happen like that in my city. We had some floods but nothing crazy in the past 23 years I've lived here
what do you mean its close to jacksonville? it is jacksonville
No. No we are not.
