Everything is well explained clearly except one thing doctor bds is not only the tooth , tooth its one of the component... Complete oral.cavity ,facial , jaws ,salivary glands etc .. dentists are mouth /oral cavity specialist. Infact dentistry js a branch of medicine , its asubsepciality . It got separated frm mbbs as its a vast subject
Bds itself is a speciality , like bds is called as Masters , MDD is called as super speciality.
For example if u take the organ eye , generally called as ophthamologist , , again u will be spevialsoed as retina specialist, corbea specialist etc..
