@Requiem Like I said 4 for 4. That was an old Spurs team. I don't worship Jordan. I rooted against him in every Final. It's just recognizing his greatness. I have watched both play and no athlete in a team sport was more dominant than Jordan other than maybe Gretzky.
So if Lebron was leading up until a certain game (such as the 2-1 lead against the 2015 Warriors), Jordan is put into that hypothetical starting from game 4, but if Lebron's losing 3-1 then Jordan isn't placed into game 5 but rather he starts from game 1? Smh, the disrespect and blatant bias. Just respect that they're both great, no need for comparison videos like this one
Also him being coached by the greatest coach ever doesn’t seem to have an impact or how for some reason James Worthy isn’t injured anymore in the finals.
Jordan wouldn’t even have a 2-1 lead in the finals because he’s never won anything without Horace Grant, and Scottie. Jordan’s Bulls didn’t even have a winning season until those two were drafted
He said that because he knows Jordan wouldn't have been able to overcome that 3-1 deficit. Lebron led every player in everything on both teams to pull that off. Jordan ain't doing that. In fact no player has ever done that in any playoff series of any length aside from Lebron James.
No MJ took his talent to minor league baseball and failed after burning out or quitting however you want to all it..Lmao imagine being a Quitter, not Once not Twice ......lmao
@@nonamewillbegiven1217 yes and the reason they lost had very little to do with the level of defense lebron was playing at because it was literally up to even his standards
This was definitely an interesting hypothetical, but your hand was heavy, heavy in favor of Jordan's ability to score and completely lacked interest in Lebron's other strengths.
@@xxmiltxx9037 And yet LeBron only averaged 2 more assists and 1 more rebound while being a mentally weak bitch. LeBron shoots 35% outside of layups and dunks. I love this narrative that everyone has about Andre Igoudala that he's a "LeBron stopper." LeBron played without both Kyrie and Kevin Love for 5 of the 6 games in the Finals and averages more points, assists and rebounds than anyone in that finals series by a wide margin. It just baffles me to see such disrespect still put upon this man, after all that he has accomplished and will continue to accomplish for years to come.

That warriors team almost got beat by the rockets if CP3 didnt get injured in game 5, and it went Game 7. Its all about match up the 96 bulls or 93 Bulls are nightmare match up to 2017 warriors because both teams are all defensive specialist team, The 96 team is stacked with elite defenderds, while the 93 Bulls is younger and is bigger . Warriorsa is pretty small and if they try to play durant as C and PF its over, Kukoc and Rodman are great post and perimeter defender as Bif fuys and small ball, same with Horace Grant and Cartwright. Your crazy to think they'd win in 2014 and 2017 absolutely crazy!!2014 D wade a eraged 15 and 4 on 41 % shooting and Bosh was an absolute disappointment as well and Lebron played great individually in that series and they still lost by such a margin what could MJ have done other than score a couple of more points but then he would also dish out lesser assists and he would also shot lesser from the field and 3pt% then Lebron did in that series and 2017 is just crazy to think🤣💀
I think that ppl are forgetting that Lebron had to average more Min/Pts/Asts/Rebs/Stls/Blks than EVERYBODY on BOTH teams to beat that 2016 Warriors team. Let's say that u drop Jordan in there and he's averaging 35 per game. He's also doing less play making and he's grabbing less rebounds, meaning that teammates have fewer opportunities and the team is getting fewer possessions. Ppl don't appreciate how much Lebron actually does.
Lebron stans don't realize that Lebron's ball-dominant style marginalizes his teammates. He can't play offball so he dribbles the air out of the ball and then decides to pass or shoot at the last minute. Phil Jackson said this to Kobe (in his playing days) and Kobe said this to Lebron: "You have to do less so your teammates can do more." I'm sorry but Lebron doesn't make his teammates better. Everybody he plays with drops in numbers and despite being on the most talented roster from 2011-2016, the team always performs so bad compared to the talent level. Kobe said it best: Throwing your teammates the ball isn't making them better. Had Jordan been on that team, he'd let Kyrie go to work and lead the team on defense. Curry was already looking shaky that series, imagine adding a Jordan on defense. They wouldn't have even been down 3-1 to the 2016 warrios.
@@simple45679 Jordan's usage rates were just as high as Lebron's, often times more. Also, if u take a player who is a star player on a bad or even good team, ie Kyrie and he becomes the #2 ofcourse his numbers go down. Look at Pippen and Grant's #'s during 3peat 1 vs during Jordan's 1st absence, their numbers are better because they are the #1 #2 option now. Do u think Jordan made them worse? If ur answer is yes that would at least be consistent.
@@maviebaby Usage rate measures on how many plays in a team ENDS with a player, it does not take into account HOW LONG a player holds the ball. It takes into account shots, turnovers and drawing fouls which "end" a possession, note that this doesn't factor in passing. This means that as long as Lebron passes the ball away when he got nothing out of the possession, it isn't reflected in usage rate. I could go on but I recommend you to do your homework instead of spitting out stats you don't know the meaning of. (Just imagine how much Lebron has the ball when his usg% is close to Jordan and that doesn't take into account the times he passes the ball.) Everybody's stats on those Bulls teams got lower in the Triangle offense, EVEN Michael Jordan. Yes, Jordan's stats went down when he played for Phil Jackson. Am I gonna be stupid and say Pippen and Grant also made Jordan worse? Look up Jordan's stats in 84-88 vs 89-93, Jordan was just that great to still put up godly stats on a real system. See the difference?
@@simple45679 I forgot about that with the usage rate. Thanks for the clarification. I was wrong. Regarding the stats. I'm talking about the years leading up to Jordan's 1st exit; early to mid 90's. I'm not talking about Jordan pre and post triangle. The point I'm making is that if you join another great player and especially if your bot the 2nd option, ur numbers will go down. Unless the players are extremely complementary to one another.
The heat lost the second time to the Spurs because they was old and Wade was playing injured all season, and that Spurs team was the deepest team in the league all season so no MJ does not beat them with that team
Mj wouldn’t get locked up Kawhi and he would probably defend on both ends unlike Lebron. Pop strategy was similar to 2007 , make Lebron take jump shots so Lebron would fold , mj on the elite end would give hard time to Kawhi taking more jump shots so pop strategy wouldn’t work. Prime mj was more stronger and more athleticism so compared to slow, old spurs were, no one would’ve guarded mj. Dude is right heat wins in 6 games. You forgot mj doesnt need multiple all stars to win. He needs little help and regardless of injuries wade and bosh. Mj wouldve been better and won the series.
@@ankurkool171 false. And I can prove it. 2014 lebron averaged 28 4 and 7. Shot 51 percent from 3 and 57 percent from the field. Led the heat in everything but blocks. 1996 finals. Jordan averaged 27 5 and 4. 31 percent from 3. 41 percent from the field. Bulls win in 6. Heat loses in 5. LeBron obviously had the better series. The reason I compare the two is because kawhi is just as good as a defender as the glove if not better than him. LeBron performed better against him than jordan did against payton and still lost. Because he was facing a better team. And Gary Payton only guarded jordan the last 3 games of the series. His stats dropped significantly. Jordan averaged 31 points in the first three games on 46% field-goal shooting, including 50% on 3-pointers. In the final three games of the series, Payton held Jordan to 23.7 points per game on 36.7% field-goal shooting and 11.1% shooting on treys. Jordan also went from 2.3 turnovers per game to 3.7 after the switch was made. Game 4: 23 points, 6-19 FGs (31.6%), 0-2 3-pointers, four turnovers • Game 5: 26 points, 11-22 FGs (50%), 0-4 3-pointers, two turnovers • Game 6: 22 points, 5-19 FGs (26.3%), 1-3 3-pointers (33.3%), five turnovers Now imagine jordan is going against a defender of the same capabilities as the glove. He shot worst than LeBron did from the field and from 3. And averaged less points.rebounds and assists. So what he's going to magically win the series against a better team and a defender just as good as the glove and guarding him the entire series and not just 3 games?Spurs won 62 games. They had the best record in the league. They had four players in double figures. They shot 46 percent from 3 as a team. They were number 3 in defense. They had the best coach and system and they had the best defender in the league who went on to win dpoy 2015 and 2016. They broke the bulls record for fg percentage as a team at 52.8 percent, they shot 46.6 percent from 3 in the finals, they shot 72.8 percent in the first half of game 3. All while wade was putting up piss poor performances. They have entire articles about how bad wade played that series. The only person that showed up besides LeBron is pretty much Ray Allen and somewhat bosh. But how does a guy lead his team in everything but blocks and the loss still be his fault? How does a guy average 28 7 and 4, and shoot 57 percent from the field and 51 percent from 3 and the loss still be his fault? LeBron performances (points and fg percentage) games 1-5 are as follows. Game 1, 31 points on 52 percent shooting. Game 2 35 points on 63 percent shooting which is the only game the heat won and they only won by two if I'm not mistaken. Game 3 22 on 64 percent shooting. Game 4 28 on 58 percent shooting. Game 5 31 on 47 percent shooting. Wade averaged 15 a game. We call LeBron out for choking in 2011 and averaging 17 points and scoring 8 points in a game but when LeBron teammate doesn't show up and he does we still scrutinize LeBron instead. Instead of realizing basketball is a team sport and realizing one man cannot beat a team. We blame the loss entirely on him even tho he was the best player on both teams and performed like it. Wade game 1 2014 finals 19 points on 8 of 18 shooting or 44 percent shooting. Game 2 14 on 5 of 9 shooting. Game 3 he tied LeBron for 22 on 8 of 12 shooting and was his highest scoring game. Game 4 he had 10 on 3 of 13 shooting and game 5 he had a whopping 11 points on a measly 4 of 12 shooting. This is called context. All while LeBron was being hounded on defense by kawhi and the spurs had a record breaking finals. and not to add the fact that the one game the heat won LeBron had his best game of the series on the best field goal percentage. 35 on 63 percent shooting, 2 steals, 3 blocks, 10 rebounds, shot 3 of 3 from 3 so 100 percent from 3, and the heat only won by 2. 98-96. Let that sink in.

You completely lost me at the 2015 analysis. Your bias is so obvious that there's no point watching further. 1. MJ would never have taken 2007 Cleveland to the finals 2. Dirk Nowitzki is considered by many top-5 power forwards of all times, so show a little respect. 3. At 2015's , LbJ was a single all-star in the cavs and had too much to process by himself. Under MJ they would've caved even sooner. 4. Comparing Tristan, Smith, Dellavedova and Shumpert to Pippen, Rodman, kukoc and Kerr is clinically borderline insane. 5. Other than Wade & Bosh, who exactly were the other players in the roster? I could look them up, but it's funny that their names never come up when talking about 2012/2013 Heat. Could MJ push them to excellence like LbJ did? Highly questionable. 6. You completely ignore the fact that MJ's bulls were led by the hands-down greatest coach in the history of the game. Only Red Auerbach could pose any competition to Phil Jackson (and would still lose by a landslide). 7. You completely ignored the fact that MJ was never put under the microscope the way that LbJ constantly was (and still is). This puts a tremendous mental pressure on a player. And still LbJ delivers and only caved in once. In all of the above you're taking only scoring into account and disregarding both players' impact on improving their team-mates and managing the game. You're also ignoring field-goal percentages, where misses and failed offensive-rebounds don't count against turnovers. *Pippen:* "Michael Jordan is probably the greatest scorer to play the game, but I may go as far as to say LeBron James may be the greatest player to ever play the game, because he is so potent offensively that not only can he score at will but he keeps everybody involved."
What y'all failing to realize is LeBron in his prime has Pippen and Horce Grant. Then gets Pippen and Rodman. Nobody in any era is beating a team with LeBron and Pippen at the wing.

@@renaldideallfordii6047 Yeah not to mention 7+ consecutive trips to the finals starts to wear on you. You give Lebron a year or two off between finals stints and his defense doesnt slip an inch. Look at his first finals with, look at his years in miami, look at him next to AD in LA (yes that is after this video was made but still). I agreed with all your predictions until you stated that Jordan’s 2017 hypothetical cavs would defeat the 2017 warriors. While I agree that Jordan could lockdown Kevin Durant much better than Beverly, you can’t task him with that the entire game let alone a series. Doing so would significantly reduce Jordan’s production on offense where he has responsibilities unlike Beverly. Also let’s not forget, there is only 1 player on that cavs roster that would be able to guard Durant. That player would obviously be Jordan. On the 2017 warriors, there are 4 different defenders that could guard Jordan. Draymond Green, Klay, Durant, and Iguodala can all be assigned that defensive task. Obviously Jordan would have it his way against all 4 of them but the bottom line is he would be forced to see 4 different defenders every game. This allows Durant to rest on the defensive end and conserve energy for offense whenever it is needed. Unfortunately, that option would not be available for Jordan if he’s forced to defend Durant for 48 minutes. The 2017 warriors were way too deep. If the gameplan like u suggested consisted entirely of Jordan defending Durant for 48 minutes while creating opportunities for himself and his teammates on the offensive end, then you’re basically asking Jordan to do everything. I don’t care how great you are. You don’t win championships that way. I’m not trying to argue that LeBron is greater but u just sound like another one of those Jordan dickriders.
Prime Jordan is the best perimeter defender. He would slow down KD. Plus MJ was able to guard Magic pretty well and he only became a better defender in the next few years after he gained some muscle mass.
What? Prime MJ is arguably the greatest guard/perimeter defender of All-Time. MJ guarded the best players while being responsible for 50%+ of the Bulls offense every night! Nobody has ever won MORE with less...
It's facts that Jordan's defense was crazy..but it was mainly in the halfcourt against slow pace teams...guarding kd in a fast past game like today's would significantly take more energy than guarding decent guards from back then in a slow paced game..I think that's slept on

Though no thought is given to how Jordan and Wade play on the same court. 1-1. 3. 2012 vs. Thunder. Playing against a young team still gelling with a Heat squad that's got more depth. Jordan takes this one. 2-1. 4. 2013 vs. Spurs. Jordan is playing baseball and doesn't make an appearance. 2-1 with 1 no-show. 5. 2014 vs. Spurs. The Cavs would still be underdogs, but I'll give him this one. 3-3 with 1 no-show. 8. 2017 vs. Warriors. These Warriors might be the best team of all-time. Jordan doesn't make a difference. 3-4 with 1 no-show. 9. 2018 vs. Warriors. No Kyrie and a Warriors team that can't be stopped. 3-5 with 1 no-show. 10. 2020 vs. Heat. Jordan has been retired for 2 years. 3-5 with 2 no-shows. Final record 3-5 with 2 no-shows and honestly, I don't think there's even one mildly controversial take on the list. Giving Jordan a win against the 2016 Warriors was actually a gift as Lebron had one of the best ever Finals that season and it's far from a given that Jordan manages to equal it. Honestly, I gave it to him just so I couldn't be accused of bias. The actual likely record might well be 2-6.
@@phong4396 Thought that was the biggest no-brainer of all. Jordan was AWOL for his 10th season. The video just kinda wished that away. For what it's worth, I'm not sure Jordan does get the ring in 2013 even if he does show up. I didn't really get into it because Jordan's retirement made the whole discussion moot, but Lebron was a better fit playing alongside Wade for the simple fact that he plays a different position and game than Wade. Putting Jordan and Wade together would have been like swapping out Pippen for Drexler on the Bulls. Having Jordan and not-as-good Jordan on the same team means someone would have to make a major adjustment to their game to make it work. And Lebron played very well that series and the Spurs still nearly won.
Death nope But advance stats wise Lebron and MJ are equal! Like their PER and dominance is close! So technically Mj would get a similar fate or worse because Jordan year 14 or 15 was trash compared to his former self or Lebron year 15! So he probably would not have been able to do half of what Lebron did to make it possible to even win a game aka run the offense, score and rebound! Wizard Jordan could not even make the playoff or score 25 ppg average!
TheManloc 1. Jordan was 40yrs old in the Wizard’s team (with no all stars). It’s stupid to hold him accountable. 2. Jordan sacrificed a lot of stat padding opportunities for the triangle offense. 3. Lebron got himself swept damn too many times in his prime (while having 2 all stars on his team), I’m sorry, but there no proof of MJ getting swept by the GSW & Spurs like that in his prime. 4. Lebron may not have the best team in the NBA when he was with the Cavs, but he sure shit had the 2nd best super team to help him. 5.No one calls the 2019-2020 lakers a super team, why? because it doesn’t have two all stars. That’s the type of team MJ had. Put 2012 - 2018 Lebron on MJ’s bulls, he’d trade everyone on that team for star power.
Death 1. He was 40 so you are right 2. No he didn’t as Phil Jackson and Jordan say he would stray away from the triangle offense as the game continued. 3. If 37.1 Jordan is getting swept and MVP Jordan is getting gentlemen swept in 87 and 88 he’s going to get swept by these teams and at the time of the sweeps LeBron was 22 and 33 maybe 33 you have a point but 22 are you serious that was his prime? There’s also no account of Jordan doing anything when the all nba and all defensive teammates were not in his favored. In laymen term, when he had the worse teammates he never bested anyone. 4. If anything Lebron had the second best cast for a year against the best, the best which was designed to beat Lebrons team. And when you are the second best by a large margin there’s no comic book ending where you win regardless of the foe. 5. You are right Put Jordan on these teams and he gets 2 realistically 3 at best Put Lebron on these teams where his leadership isn’t questioned then I don’t see why he won’t win all 6. Scottie’s contributions are highly downplayed until you watch the games he’s not better than Jordan but he is better than the best player on the other side of the court more times than not.

Lebron went to a new team: Straight up finals Lebron's previous team: went last place in the confrence Jordan went to a new team: couldnt even go near the play offs Bulls when jordan retires in 93 : went to the play offs ALL FACTS
getting to the playoffs is easier than making a playoff team into a championship team though. plus the fact that the east were the leastern conference and that he played in superteams against sorry ass teams in the east. with that being said, how can you explain then how Lebron makes his teammates better if they suck without him? this is easy to explain though because wherever LeBron goes, he was their system, very heliocentric. without lebron it turns into shit. just like steve nash in the d'antoni system. their offense is very reliant on one player while MJ played in a system called the triangle offense. Without Jordan, his teammates can still operate the triangle offense. Triangle offense is a basketball offense where they play team ball. MJ may shoot more than others in this system but he doesnt dominate the ball like LeBron, Harden, Nash or Luka does. he does multiple things like pick and roll, post ups, moves off the ball or cutting. Unlike the heliocentric offense in Lebron and D'Antoni system where the guy mostly does it all on offense.
LeBron didn't just score, rebound, and assist the ball in those finals he lost. He also DEFENDED extremely well, much like Jordan would, and doubled as a shotblocking threat as well as a passing lane disruptor. It's not something you can just slide Jordan into the place of and magically achieve better results, because LeBron was always a great playoff defender.
Maybe the bulls would beat the warriors, but mj with the cavs? Neveeeer bro And why u going with a same 2-1 lead in the 2015 finals series, and not with a 1-3 in 2016? I think jordan would be 0-4 against the warriors. And also i cant see jordan beat the spurs 2014. But i give u that that jordan would beat the mavs.
I think it's fair to say Jordan would've won in 2011 but yea people are definitely Jordan biased or Lebron haters if they give him 07 or 15 with costars Booby Gibson and Dellavedova or vs the KD joins 73 win Warriors while Cavs roster adds only Kyle korver then loses Kyrie. The Bulls roster may have won 1 but not Cavs with Jordan. 2014 is the other somewhat reasonable year to say Jordan may get but it's a team sport and the Spurs were great 2013 and got even better 2014 , while Lebrons teammates all looked like they had nothing left in the tank due to age and the 4 year run taking its toll physically.
If LBJ was in MJ shoes he would definitely kick LAL ass with a broken magic but would definitely lose to Sir Chuck because he cannot bully this dude. In summary, I say MJ gets 5 rings because he wouldn't have beaten GSW the first, third or fourth time they meet and LBJ gets 5, losing only to the Suns.

Jordan’s winner mentality has nothing to do with the outcome of these finals, don’t use that as part of the reason why you think he wouldn’t blow a lead, etc... I think the 2014 Spurs would’ve won. Wade’s knees were breaking down, they were shooting like 60% from 3, Kawhi did a decent job at guarding Lebron (I think he would’ve done a better job gaurding a 6’6 slender guard like Jordan) , Bosh did almost nothing, Ray Allen was in his last season but that’s debatable... I don’t think MJ would beat the Warriors in 2015 either... You’re forgetting that LeBron had to rebound (which he does better than MJ) , distribute (which he does way better than MJ) and score at an elite level with Iggy hounding him on defense. I don’t think MJ can do the same at LeBron’s level. In this hypothetical, you not only have to put MJ in LeBron’s shoes, you also have to figure out if MJ’s style of play would be an improvement to LeBron’s in that series. And to that, I say no... 2017? 🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢 ing heavy! I highly doubt MJ could last more than 6 Games with the Big 4 Warriors. No one in the world is stopping Durant. If MJ tried guarding 6’11 KD, at 34 for most possessions, that would probably hinder his offense. I only see Jordan winning 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016.
@@hectorrosado5807 It doesn’t matter what you believe really. Basketball is a team sport, the fact is LeBron averaged 38.5, 8.3, 8.0, 1.2, 1.2 on 59.1% TS. Not too sure what else you expected from him individually from that series despite your doubts whether MJ could win or not. Hell, if I had just known about LeBron’s playoff performances post his Miami days, I’d find it hard to believe he lost the the Magic as well. The primary reason why they lost that series anyway was because no one on the Cavs could stop Dwight Howard and the Cavs did a horrible job defending 3’s from the Magic.
@@OddWilliam17 base on your point of view it doesn't matter what you believe either. However, the fact point out that in that series both teams were balance, no team was way better than the other. Its also a fact thalt Jordan never lost against a team that was considered inferior like Lebron lost against the Mavs wish the heat were favorite to win, but lost. By the way, Jason Terry played better than Lebron. I think you have heard that before. Right ?
@@hectorrosado5807 I think the Magic ran a bit deeper than the Cavs and they had better coaching but hey, if that’s you’re opinion then we can agree to disagree. Also, it seems you failed to see the end of my comment. I clearly stated that I see Jordan winning in 2011 if he was playing for the Heat instead of LeBron for the mere fact that 1) I don’t think Jordan would’ve underperformed the way Bron had and 2) Jordan honestly fits a lot better next to Wade than Bron did as Jordan could’ve been utilized off ball a lot more while Brons value is waaaay higher as an on ball engine. Wade and Bron both weren’t as valuable without the ball in their hands. What we’re debating about right now has nothing to do with the collapse in 2011 because 1) LeBron played amazing in 2009 so I have no idea where this fits in and 2) I clearly give the championship to Jordan in 2011, but I disagree with the rest of the chips.
Why is he biased? Lebron had 9 finals, he lost finals that were percieved as guaranteed wins. Michael Jordan was not losing easy finals, nor hard ones.
So basically, MJ won whatever LBJ lost and whatever LBJ won. You made too much of bold assumptions on MJ‘s mentality and scoring ability while intentionally eliminating the uncertainty that might hinder the final success. Everyone knows LBJ historically faced tougher team, but it’s not exemplified in your video. Most importantly you ignored how enduring LBJ’s body is. That’s one of his strongest points!!! I give you credit for making the vid, but the hypothetical comparison is not as fair as it sounds
姜皓元 Maybe he gave MJ too much Credit, but I can totally see LeBron losing that fist and Last finals due to inexperience and age. Also MJ probably only gets 5 rings in LBJs finals, the heat ones and 1 warriors one.
Jordan faces all the hard teams, lebron faces easy teams, 90;s teams where hard defencive skilled teams, u not going through them easy, the teams of this era is easy bcuz there is no defence eny more, so its easy to run up and shoot, this league now days os joke compare to the 90's u talking shit

Plus I see u take every event and record that happened in this timeline with lbj losing to the spurs and mavs and put bron in Jordan era with those same feelings that he experienced in his. That makes no sense it like time travel which it is, if they switch out ones and attitudes will be different so lbj and jordan will have different minds. Plus u said mj would beat the spurs cuz pop turned bron to a jump shooter. Like tf pop would obviously come up with a plan fr jordan and force him to drive or sum and again Jordan in an era where 3's be flying again idk how he beat warriors. But lbj in jordan era will bully everyone plus back then there was no zone defense bro. Players couldn't switch and double team so bron would dominate bro tf🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ u gotta take these narratives into mind. @shaquan. Look man. The deal here is what you said. Maybe just maybe the mentality would be different if the grew up in different eras. But yes hypothetically if Jordan has his same mentality and lbj with the same mj would have alot more success than bron and bron less than mj. I have never seen a player dominate and be so tactical like mj. Not even kobe. Bron don't have the mentality to be flying around on top of every one like you think in the 80s and 90s. They weren't as soft. I'll tell you what. Go see the last 5 min game 6 of the 98 finals. And if you ever seen bron close a game like that. Than let me know. I'm not talking about final numbers. Just the last 5 min.
Double teaming was allowed, as was switching off of screens. What wasn't allowed was showing to the ball, or "Half-n-half", where you are in between both your man and the ball handler. Especially the Simmons sag would've been illegal.
realistically, mj loses 2014, bosh, wade and allen weren’t really there, and the spurs played great team basketball. mj also loses 2015 without kyrie and kevin love. he loses 2016 against the 73-9 warriors. and loses 2017 especially because of KD.

You aren't even analyzing the series at all to what would truly happen. For example, as good as Jordan was, the Warriors would have likely won all 4 series if it was Jordan instead of LeBron on that Cavs team. What you're failing to realize is the most important differences between the two players mean. LeBron is a better all around player than MJ, and at his size he was responsible for nearly everything that the Cavs did those years that wasn't an iso play for Kyrie. Jordan was the most elite scorer in NBA history outside of prime Wilt, but he was also a lean 6'6" SG. He couldn't play the 1-5 role that LeBron did. What you're most ignorant in ignoring in that rivalry that would be important in that loss of size would mean is that Iguodala was not the Warriors best defender, just the best matchup for LeBron. The best perimeter defender on that team by far was Klay, and he's the perfect size to match up against MJ. MJ absolutely excelled in the triangle, but it's a different story when you're expected to be the everything in the offense. When he played, Kyrie did give offense, but that was about it. Jordan would have to be able to replicate the playmaking ability that LeBron did, because Kyrie is not a true PG.
To anyone saying Jordan couldn't beat the warriors, consider these points: 1) The Rockets took a KD lead warriors to 7 GAMES, and lost because CP3 got injured. 2) NO HAND CHECKING !!! How much points you think MJ can score if you can't HAND CHECK him?? The dude averaged 41 PPG in the 1992-93 finals. This is an era where scoring wasn't as fluid as it is today. LeBron's highest finals was 35 PPG, and that was in 2015 with no Kyrie or K-Love. So Jordan in 2015-2018 could easily average way more than 41 PPG, since he did it in a tougher defensive era. 3) Don't under estimate Jordan's defense. LeBron was NOT guarding KD at all during the Warriors finals. KD was being guarded by bench players. If MJ was guarding KD, I'm sure it would have an effect. 4) The Warriors' perimeter defense will be null because Jordan isn't looking for the open 3 pointer like LeBron always was. Jordan will be constantly attacking the basket and using his near unguardable fadeaway mid-range shot.
You say that Jordan would score a ton and I agree, but the same story with guys like lebron and harden: they can score all they want but it’s their teammates that gotta step up to get a win. I would say Jordan can out score curry, but can kyrie our score KD, can love out score Draymond or iggy. The warriors have more depth so they would prevail
@@chrisrolen3345 True. They forgot the fact that, when Jordan dropped 63 on Celtics, Bulls lost that game. When he averaged 43 points, Bulls got swept. When he averaged 31, Bulls won the title. He wasnt doing it alone, he couldnt do it alone
Cool Waters 1) the rockets were built completely different from Cleveland. For one they could actually hit their average % in that series. 2) I’m glad to tell you Lebron didn’t win because he was this 40 point scorer but because he was all around. For Jordan to win not only would he have to average 43 points in 2017 series he still has to generate 10 assist which is probably around of 23 points per game off of his teammates. So Jordan essentially has to be responsible for 66 points in order to beat this warriors team who beat the cavs by an average of 14 points. Now can you see Jordan putting up at minimum 33 points and 14 assist? Because that’s what’s going to be needed to beat this warriors team. 3) if anything you are underestimating KD offense and forgetting one thing Jordan sucked at guarding guys bigger than him. From magic to hill to Barkley Jordan got thrashed if you had physical advantage over him. 4) is the dumbest Jordan will null the perimeter defender because he’s not shooting 3? That will makes defending him fucking easy. Zone and man hybrid defense will not allow him to operate from mid range unless he’s going to use two pick and rolls inside the three. That will make the offense predictable and limited especially since illegal defense doesn’t exist and you can have multiple bodies defending the paint away from the p/r making him that much more easier to guard. And his fade away came from the post, where the fuck will he have the space to just pull that off.
@@boogy1033 KD gets guarded by pippen, allay gets guarded by Harper and Steph gets guarded by mike. Worst case scenario pip and mike switch. Who’s guarding mike and pippen?
People will just say anything to throw shade at LeBron. MJ is NOT beating the Warriors with that Cavs team. The one series I would most definitely give MJ, that LeBron lost, is the one against the Mavericks. MJ was confident in himself, that he was that guy. LeBron was not fully there yet. He became the player we know him as later on, a complete player. However, no one was beating that Warriors team. Even without KD, that would be a REALLY tough assignment.
I think the bias being exposed is yours. You Warriors fans always have an excuse. And where are the Warriors now. 🤔 You have no concept of MJ and the Bulls team he lead. You have no idea how formidable they were. All you guys have is a media hyped Lebron. Who the media makes every excuse for. And a here they come there the go Warriors team (gone). Really?👍OK
Interesting idea, but I think Jordan wouldn't have beaten GS without Kyrie. Lebron on the other hand, would have had a harder time than you mentioned in my opinion vs the suns, sonics and jazz simply because of th forwards those teams had. Barkley, Kemp and Malone were all forwards. Interesting idea though. Can't agree with everything but it doesn't make it a bad idea.
One thing this video failed to do was to put them in their right position on the other teams. That changes the each teams starters and rotation enough to be a factor for better or worse. Example, with Lebron being a small forward, would Pippen still start?
You do realize Lebron's offense hurts other players stats, right? Why do you think Lebron's teams are always in the bottom 10 in the league in assists? Lebron gets a lot of assists at the expense of team ball movement. He doesnt run an equal opportunity offense, its why players like Bosh and Love look like shells of their former selves playing with Lebron. Lebron's Cavs averaged 21 assists to the Warrior's 29 and MJ's Bull's 28. Jordan was once asked to play PG for 5 games at the end of the 1989 season. He averaged 31 points, 11 assists and 9 rebounds, recorded 12 triple doubles in 25 games including 7 consecutively. He also averaged 11.4 assists in the 1991 finals - more than Lebron has ever averaged in a playoff series, let alone a finals series. So no, your analysis misses the mark. MJ proved he could play the point, he just chose not to. His abilities were better put to use fighting off ball to get open and to score the basketball.
@@Youngster543210 yeah he can play point because he was a great basketball player but there was a reason pippen ran the offense and mj didn't. He played point for 5 games. Not nearly his entire career.
@@JahleelX-xx9wd No they look like shells because they went from playing in an equal opportunity offense to playinh in Lebron's drive/kick system. They are required to get out of the paint to draw defenders to the perimeter so Levron can have an easy drive to the basket. They're essentially glorified role players. Both Bosh and K. Love have spoke in detail about it.
@@JahleelX-xx9wd Novody really "ran" the offense on those Bull's teams. Pippen facilitated more often but the entire team moved the ball around the triangle. MJ was called upon to do the bulk of the scoring because he's the greatest scorer in the history of the game. Scottie wasn't the scorer MJ was so naturally he spent more time passing the ball to MJ while MJ fought off ball to get open rather than vice versa. I literally talked about MJ playing PG for 25 straight games in my first comment on here. He averaged 31/9/11.
Agreed my thoughts too. 4-5 is realistic. He takes Ls in 2007, 2015, 2017,2018. Those are definite and I also think he could have difficulty with the 2014 Spurs or the 2016 warriors and either of those could be a potential 5th L. I have him winning 2011-2013 for sure and maybe taking 2014 Spurs or 2016 Warriors but not both. Putting him at 4-5.
This was interestingly dumb, I was giving it a chance in the beginning but he became clearly bias when he had Jordan beating the 2017 warriors and even worst when it was Lebrons turn to play with the bulls smh.....too bad could have been a good video.

@@SPLASHGOD575 you clearly missed the whole point of the video. In this video it's Lebron that has Pippen, Harper and Rodman. Jordan has Wade and Bosh etc
Idc if he is michael freaking jordan, they'd no way in HELL he beats that KD warriors team. You're asking 34 year old Jordan to guard a 7ft sniper. And if he's on the cavs, who's guarding Steph? Klay? "Like pat bev got into KD's head" you mean when he got a 50 piece McNugget with no bev? Come on, there are times when even being as great as Jordan would NOT be enough. Kyrie and Love aren't great defenders, if MJ has to expend all his time and energy trying to stifle the most versatile offensive weapon EVER, who's covering the two greatest and quickest shooters EVER? Besides that, I can see MJ getting the others. But I do think him over the KD warriors is too out of the realm of possibility
This is old and the one constant is this. A losing side will always make excuses, or use intangibles that do not pertain to facts. Like LBJ lead a bunch of no bodies blah, blah, blah! As if that argument holds up to any kind of logical, serious, intelligent, scrutiny. MJ is so great because of the players he had and coach. But when Lebron loses he has awful players. That demonstrates a person who is not capable of logical thinking. And one who has been dumbed down by the media influence. You're saying that Lebron is greater than the team which is asinine. Unless Lebron can win all by himself which is impossible. MJ is greater because of one reason and one reason only and he has said it on a few occasions. He wanted to be the best. He wanted to beat the best because he is a competitor! Lebron goes out and competes because that is the very essence of sports but he is not a COMPETITOR! This is why you Lebron fans will lose all day every day because you fail to grasp that one concept. And for good measure let me educate those who like to manipulate stats. Dawg, lebron Fucking did horrible in 2011, I live in Florida and was embarrassed until 2012, lebron wouldn’t win to the Lakers, but it would go to game 7.
@doughboy1271 yea he would win vs those lakers. What people don't understand about that Dallas series is they had a roster and a gameplan put together for lebron james. They used defensive schemes to make him read the offense and make him think more than he ever did. The second thing they did was use Jason Terry to run around screens and tire lebron out. A little known fact that most people don't know is that lebron in 2011 played the most and hardest set of postseason minutes without rest in 40 years in the nba up to that point. The other players that played the same amount had rest in the second half. Lebron had none. Because Miami lacked bench depth. So he was playing heavy minutes to make up for it. And it was even reported by articles at that time how those minutes would eventually take a toll. Well anyways in the finals Jason Terry said they implemented making lebron chase him around screens to tire him out because they knew it wasn't his strong suit at that point. Jason Terry said in game 5 when everyone else had gone to the bench lebron was just standing there, with his hands on his legs, breathing hard and shaking his head. He didn't have anymore left. He was fatigued. That's why he performed so bad. Now does he get a pass for it? I would say no he still didn't show up but the reason I'm pointing this is out is because unless the lakers had the personnel and gameplan implemented to make lebron think and make the right reads and the idea to tire him out making him chase one of their guards around screens then the bulls easily win the series. That's without mentioning the fact that the lakers were missing Byron Scott and James worthy. The bulls would win in that scenario.
This is for all the people saying Jordan wouldn't have reached the finals in a weak 2007/2018 Eastern Conference. ----------------- Jordan would've went to the Finals in 2007 and 2018. In comparison, Jordan had a much more impressive run in 1989 playoffs except he faced the eventual champion in his own conference unlike Lebron who had to reach the Finals to face a championship contender. Fact check: This was before Pippen ever thought of becoming an All-star and before Phil came along. Let's look at their competition in their conference: ----------------- 1989 Jordan: 1st Round (3-2) vs Cavaliers (57-25), 2nd Round (4-2) vs Knicks (52-30), and ECF (2-4) vs Champs Pistons (63-19) 2007 Lebron: 1st Round (4-0) vs Wizards (41-41), 2nd Round (4-2) vs Nets (41-41), ECF (4-2) vs Pistons (53-29), then 0-4 vs Champs Spurs (58-24) 2018 Lebron: 1st Round (4-3) vs Pacers (48-34), 2nd Round (4-0) vs Raptors (59-23), ECF (4-3) vs Celtics (55-27), then 0-4 vs Champs GSW ----------------- Not if we look at this data from their (Jordan/Lebron) runs, we can see that Jordan not only went against much higher win teams (57-win, 52-win, and 63-win) than Lebron who had to reach the 2007 ECF to face a 53-win team (lower than even Jordan's 1st round opponent). Mind you Jordan won 2 games vs the eventual Champions Pistons who 4-0 SWEPT the Lakers in the Finals. Lebron couldn't even take a single game from the eventual champions in 2007 or 2018. ----------------- Lebron went against .500 (41-41) teams in the 1st AND 2nd round (oof). The 2018 run was a lot more impressive except he already had Kevin Love who is a perennial all-star at that point. He even needed 7 games vs the less Pacers smh
Exactly. Remember his last 4 finals ECF opponents? Hawks, Raptors, Boston led by a 5'9, and Boston led by a rookie. And his Lebron Fanatics always has the reasoning that he was on his own. He built that team, those were the teammates that he demanded. Never have I seen a player who caused so many trades in their career and still it wasn't enough? Jeeeezzzz. He had 5 perennial all-stars as teammates who before teaming up with Lebron had better individual statistics than Pippen's best season when Jordan left for baseball(except for kyrie because he was young and was injured). ----------------- Here's the individual stats of these players before they teamed up with Lebron and here's Pippen's best season. ----------------- Pippen : 22 ppg, 5.6 apg, 8.7 ppg, 49% fg Wade : 25.5 ppg, 4.6 apg, 6.4 rpg, 50% fg Bosh: 24 ppg, 10.8 rpg, 2.4 apg, 52% fg Kyrie : 19.6 ppg, 4.7 apg, 3.0 rpg, 45% fg Love : 26ppg, 2 apg, 13.3 rpg, 46% fg Davis : 25.9 ppg, 3.9 apg, 12.0 rpg, 52% fg (slightly lower statistics than his usual because of injuries.) Let's add Larry Hughes just to spice up the conversation, 22ppg, 4.7 apg, 6.3 apg, 43% fg ----------------- See that shit? Those were the stats of those players the season the teamed up with Bron. Lebron's help was waaaaaaaay more than MJ had his entire career. And plus the fact that he keep on demanding for shooters, keep trading for pieces he thought would help him. Still he had lesser help? Jeeeeezzzzzz.....
Datas and stats without the context are worthless. Yeah MJ faced tougher teams, but also had an all time coach implementing the all time winningest system, oh yeah and had Scottie freaking Pippen as his teammate. Perception and feeling that you get from a certain player can make you feel like the players of the past generations are greater, and yes if you ask me who had a better career between Lebron and MJ, I think it’s silly to deny that MJ has had a better career, purely on a fact that he has accomplished more. Evaluating who was a better player is a whole different story, because NO ONE will ever know how Lebron would have performed in circumstances that were given to MJ and vice versa. All we can really do is take an educated guess which in reality, doesn’t prove jack shit. MJ facing John Stockton in the 90’s is a totally different situation than Lebron facing Steph in the 2010’s. Different rules, system, teammates, surroundings and in general its a totally different game. It’s much less likely to win consecutive championships in this era than the past generations.Does that mean it’s more difficult? Not necessarily, could be the case or not be the case. The fact is NO ONE KNOWS, and NO ONE can prove that its one way or the other. No one can definitively prove that MJ would have succeeded in Lebron’s shoes, or that Lebron would have been successful in MJ’s shoe. I am by no means, arguing that Lebron is greater than MJ, for all you MJ dickriders, read until the end before you get all outraged and start insulting me. If I HAD to choose, MJ would get my vote as the greatest, but I am just simply pointing out these cross generation comparisons are worthless and a waste of time, because at the end of the day this is all nothing but a hypothetical and a speculation. So how about we stop diminishing someone’s greatness to elevate others, we just appreciate what we have this day. They are both great, just in two different ways.
@@damroll "This was before Pippen ever thought of becoming an All-star and before Phil came along." Your only way of trying to diminish Jordan's 1989 run goes right to the trash can. --------------- Everything else you said is subjective but I will leave my 2 cents. Jordan's goat case isn't just from his mythology but his body of work.
Louie Paolo Lumanglas I was trying to provide context not diminish MJ in anyways. And seems like I was mis-informed, so I stand corrected. Body of work against totally different players in a totally different circumstances as Lebron. Evaluating career based on their performances , as I have already mentioned I agree with you. MJ is the GOAT. What I was saying is for both fans, Lebrons and MJ fans is not to engage on hypothetical discussions in which the only purpose is to trying to discredit the other, because no one can prove that they are 100% right. That’s all I was saying. We will never know who was truly the best player ever between the two because they never faced against one another. We can only look at how dominant that these guys were against the peers of respective era and determine who had a better career. There’s no need to diminish Lebron to elevate MJ. MJ’s greatness stands on his own.
Lol don't write nothing more for the day, the amount a fuckery u write in one day save some for tomorrow, LeBron is a coward in 4th quarter playing hard teams in this easy defenseless era, how is he going to do that in the 90's were the game wuz twice as hard, he wouldn't even has a name, he would cry and ran away longtime, bulls wouldn't win no chips, talking shit

busshead boss imagine if lebron played in an era where help defense didn’t really exist. That’s how they beat him in 2011 and in 2007 and in the other finals he lost. No one is big enough strong enough and fast enough to guard lebron one on one
@@bussheadboss1681 dont change the topic pls, your point was lebron wouldnt kill in this "twice as hard" era, and i want to give an example with a small player like isiah thomas, or skinny people like reggie miller (scored 57 a game) and a guy like lebron wouldnt kill this era? your point is bs because lebron is a genetic machine and would kill in any era! and easily the 90s where is no help defence allowed. and i give u that that jordan needs help to win like every other superstar in history of bball also lebron, but thats not the point. the point is that the bigger and stronger players like lebron, giannis, kd etc. would also kill the 90s. especially if you put one of them in the chicago bulls roster.
You forgot to mention Wade and Jordan are both shooting guards. What happens there? Wade becomes instant 6th man of the year or moves to PG? You do it again when mentioning so and so guarding LeBron and then guarding Jordan. Big fuck up.
Here is a question. What if Lebron James, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan played in one team. How many championships could they win. Consider their career moves, retirements, egos and may have to battle each other at some point. We can hypothetically use kobes era since they all played that era at some point.
you mean those cavs teams with 3 all stars? Note that Jordan alone took the bad boy pistons to 6 games and that was when Pippen was still pretty much a bench warmer. Imagine Jordan vs. a washed up Pistons in 2007 lmao. With Kyrie and Kevin Love as teammates he wouldn't make it to the finals? Jordan 3-peated with Pippen as the only all star teammate for each of those 3 rings, something only Jordan has done in nba history. Jordan winning vs. the KD warriors with the cavs is a stretch though.
@@simple45679 man, you forgetting this, ROCKETS PUSHED THOSE WARRIORS TO 7 GAMES BECAUSE OF DEFENSE. Jordan is a Very Disruptive perimeter who plays rhe passing lanes really well, a WAY BETTER version of Chris Paul when it comes to playong the passing lanes. Imagine a cavs team with kevin love being more of a POST PLAYER and rebounder. Lebron style of play took a lot out of kevin love game who turned into a spot up 3point shooter when he played with bron. Kevin is more effective as a Post player/rebounder.
If I were to do this and make it without bias since you clearly have a biased opinion. Jordan 2007: Lose 2011: Win 2012: Win 2013: lose 2014: Lose 2015: Lose 2016: Win 2017: Lose 2018: Lose 2020: Lose Record: 3-7 Reasoning 2007: No way does anyone beat the 2007 team. 2011: As long as Jordan doesn’t choke and Dirk doesn’t go insane, the Heat should win. 2013: Jordans major lack in a 3PT shot would be detrimental against this team, 2013 LeBron was shooting 40% from 3 while Jordan in his 10th season was the season he lost to the Magic. 2014: The 2014 Spurs were the most unbeatable and perfect team in NBA history, you’d have to have Steph Curry, Jordan and LeBron together to beat that team. 2015: no way in hell do the Cavs take this without Kyrie and Love, Jordans lack of playmaking and rebounding plus the 3PT shot would all be massive liabilities against these Warriors. 2016: if Kyrie plays great then the Cavs should win this, if Kyrie doesn’t then Warriors in 7. 2017 and 2018: no chance in hell, Cavs likely to get swept in both series. 2020: This is more circumstance, if this was prime Jordan then he would easily win but this is Jordan in the middle of his 2nd retirement. I don’t see how they would even make the Finals. LeBron 1991: Win 1992: Win 1993: Win 1996: Win 1997: Win 1998: Win Record: 6-0 The reasoning behind this is pretty simple, Jordan never faced much competition in the Finals, nearly all of his competition was in the East Playoffs so as long as LeBron makes the finals he will win. Really the only team that could beat them are the SuperSonics but that team was made to slow down and beat Jordan which they would of done if Gary Payton was guarding Jordan the whole series. But LeBron is a very different player to Jordan and his playmaking makes him unstoppable so they win. Not to mention the rules from the 90s heavily favour LeBrons game and if we weren’t just talking Finals series, LeBron would get a whole lot more than just 6 Championships.
he isnt getting stopped by a 32 year old hobbling injured parker and a 21 year old kawhi and a 36 year old duncan, and 2015 he would whoop that team as lebron choked

I see what you were trying to say with Jordan guarding KD but where you messed up is that you left out the impact of Steph and Klay like they were nonfactors
Jeffrey Simmons I don’t even understand Jordan guarding KD 😂😂😂 Jordan was great defensively but come on let’s be real here, Jordan couldn’t guard KD. To small
I don't think Jordan would have shut him down just slowed him down a little I feel like ppl think Jordan can guard every position like hes 6'6 Kd is dang near 7 foot
Jeffrey Simmons he literally brought up that one game P Beverly “strapped” up KD and didn’t he stop 50 the next game 😂. I’m sorry even kawhi was struggling to guard Kd when he was healthy and people compare him to Jordan on defense the most lol. It would’ve been a loss with Jordan either way
Jeffrey Simmons Jordan sucked at guarding guys who were bigger than him. Not hate it’s a fact he got killed if you had a weight and or height advantage. He couldn’t slow down the likes of Grant Hill how is he going to stop Hill who is looking to score and has unbelievable range and a better handle? Spoilers he won’t
I don’t think MJ would beat the 2014 spurs (cause Kawhi was a lockup defender, TD is still the fundamental and their core was always really good) 2016 Warriors because for Lebron to beat them, he had to average a 40 point triple double for the last 3 games, and no way MJ would beat the 4 headed monster in the 2017 warriors
It could've been a really good hypothetical situation up until he said that jordan and the miami heat will beat the spurs in 2013-14 finals. I just don't think that i won't happen. Many factors can happen like fatigue and injuries to other stars. Having to 3-peat is already a heavy wear and tear to the body of players. Even MJ in his two 3-peats had to recover and play baseball to have his youth back and his form being better than ever. There's just no way that they'll be taking that 4-peat.
LMAO I know MJ is the goat and all but NOOOOO FCKING SHOT. Nooo fucking way he beats The Warriors without help, and The Warriors with KD. Mavs series would probably be the only one that changes in the MJ LBJ switch. Spurs would have probably won because you kept saying Pop would force MJ to be a jump shooter but if Pop went up against MJ he would habe done a different plan altogether. Why have a man that can shoot and score from every be forced to be a jump shooter?
Meshack Mihayo i see MJ averaging over 40ppg. Between him and Kobe being one of the best scorers in the game and could lock down or guard your best player. I see MJ winning more than 3 rings if he were in Bron's shoes fasho.

Let's say that u drop Jordan in there and he's averaging 35 per game. He's also doing less play making and he's grabbing less rebounds, meaning that teammates have fewer opportunities and the team is getting fewer possessions. Ppl don't appreciate how much Lebron actually does.
T Wall, absolute facts
Lebron stans don't realize that Lebron's ball-dominant style marginalizes his teammates. He can't play offball so he dribbles the air out of the ball and then decides to pass or shoot at the last minute. Phil Jackson said this to Kobe (in his playing days) and Kobe said this to Lebron: "You have to do less so your teammates can do more."
I'm sorry but Lebron doesn't make his teammates better.
(Just imagine how much Lebron has the ball when his usg% is close to Jordan and that doesn't take into account the times he passes the ball.)
Everybody's stats on those Bulls teams got lower in the Triangle offense, EVEN Michael Jordan.
Game 4: 23 points, 6-19 FGs (31.6%), 0-2 3-pointers, four turnovers
• Game 5: 26 points, 11-22 FGs (50%), 0-4 3-pointers, two turnovers
• Game 6: 22 points, 5-19 FGs (26.3%), 1-3 3-pointers (33.3%), five turnovers
Now imagine jordan is going against a defender of the same capabilities as the glove. 35 on 63 percent shooting, 2 steals, 3 blocks, 10 rebounds, shot 3 of 3 from 3 so 100 percent from 3, and the heat only won by 2. 98-96. You completely lost me at the 2015 analysis. Your bias is so obvious that there's no point watching further.
1. MJ would never have taken 2007 Cleveland to the finals

On a team with a defensive priority, with a teammate(s) that help anchor the D he becomes a force multiplier and helps that defensive become top of the league.
It was a fun video, but way too much love for Jordan.
First of all, you totally disregard that it was actually Pippen that guarded Magic in that first finals and that Worthy got hurt. Its no way the Lakers beat the Bulls with LeBron on that team.. Utah series even with LeBron declining still had two of the greatest defensive players in the history of the nba with Pippen and Rodman. Not to mention a 6'6 PG in Ron Harper that could play defense. What you're failing to realize is that LeBron wouldn't have to do as much because Pippen handled the ball while also being an elite defender.... On the flip side, Jordan doesn't make it to the finals with the 07 Cavs nor the 2018 Cavs. No way the Cavs beat the Kevin Durant Warriors. Jordan take Durant out the game, who the hell guardian Klay? So in my opinion yea. The Jordan would have beaten the Mavs and the warriors being up 2-1... But Jordan record would either be 6-3 or possibly 5-4.

Let's look at the Jordan more realistically. 1. 2007 vs. Spurs. Agreed with the analysis, the Spurs were awesome and the Cavs would have no one except Jordan. 0-1.
2. 2011 vs. Mavs. Agreed with analysis in general.
5. 2014 vs. Spurs. Lebron was the only Heat player to show up that blowout series. Jordan can't beat the Spurs by himself after playing baseball most of the year. 2-2 with 1 no-show.
6. 2015 vs. Warriors. Jordan can't beat the Warriors all by himself with Irving and Lowe out. 2-3 with 1 no-show.
7. 2016 vs. Warriors. Jordan's back at full strength against the best regular season team ever.
Solid analysis
I would give him the 2013 ring, second run against the spurs
And totally understanding what you said on 2016, would take that as an L

But advance stats wise Lebron and MJ are equal!
TheManloc
Death 1. He was 40 so you are right
5. You are right
Put Jordan on these teams and he gets 2 realistically 3 at best
Put Lebron on these teams where his leadership isn’t questioned then I don’t see why he won’t win all 6. Scottie’s contributions are highly downplayed until you watch the games he’s not better than Jordan but he is better than the best player on the other side of the court more times than not.

this is easy to explain though because wherever LeBron goes, he was their system, very heliocentric.
without lebron it turns into shit. just like steve nash in the d'antoni system. their offense is very reliant on one player while
MJ played in a system called the triangle offense. Without Jordan, his teammates can still operate the triangle offense.
Triangle offense is a basketball offense where they play team ball. MJ may shoot more than others in this system
but he doesnt dominate the ball like LeBron, Harden, Nash or Luka does. he does multiple things like pick and roll, post ups, moves off the ball or cutting.
Unlike the heliocentric offense in Lebron and D'Antoni system where the guy mostly does it all on offense.

To anyone saying Jordan couldn't beat the warriors, consider these points:
1) The Rockets took a KD lead warriors to 7 GAMES, and lost because CP3 got injured.
Anyone saying that knows absolutely nothing about basketball. They aren't worth conversing with.
💯💯💯
Ur such a Jordan fan no way Jordan would ever beat the spurs or warriors
😂😂😂😂 Pathetic.. Ain't no way MJ beats the Warriors by himself and he wouldn't have a chance against the Warriors when KD came on.. Horrible

You lost all credibility when you chose 2015 Cavs over Warriors. Love-Irving were both out. There is no way MJ can win that. Sorry to expose your bias

LeBron is way faster then any of those forwards in his prime off the first step and his playmaking is not going to be effected. Who could stop magic ?
@@ten0785 Lebron is way better Forward yet he lost to sophomore kawhi and 33 years old keep dirk but keep going🤣
One thing this video failed to do was to put them in their right position on the other teams. That changes the each teams starters and rotation enough to be a factor for better or worse. Example, with Lebron being a small forward, would Pippen still start?
Bruh didn’t even put the right roster on screen for the 2011-12 heat😂can’t take any of this serious, dude is a homer
Jordan wasn't a facilitator, so all of the other Cavs stats would have been worsened if Jordan played for them.
@@Youngster543210 no they look like shelves of themselves because they went from being the first option on their team to being a third option

@@doughboy1271 The Lakers were not as good since 88 and would’ve not even win the chip then if Isiah didn’t get hurt
Well... to call this a flawed and shallow analysis would be an understatement. You have multiple MJ posters in your bedroom, no doubt.
This is for all the people saying Jordan wouldn't have reached the finals in a weak 2007/2018 Eastern Conference.
-----------------
Jordan would've went to the Finals in 2007 and 2018. In comparison, Jordan had a much more impressive run in 1989 playoffs except he faced the eventual champion in his own conference unlike Lebron who had to reach the Finals to face a championship contender. Fact check: This was before Pippen ever thought of becoming an All-star and before Phil came along.
Let's look at their competition in their conference:
-----------------
1989 Jordan: 1st Round (3-2) vs Cavaliers (57-25), 2nd Round (4-2) vs Knicks (52-30), and ECF (2-4) vs Champs Pistons (63-19)
2007 Lebron: 1st Round (4-0) vs Wizards (41-41), 2nd Round (4-2) vs Nets (41-41), ECF (4-2) vs Pistons (53-29), then 0-4 vs Champs Spurs (58-24)
2018 Lebron: 1st Round (4-3) vs Pacers (48-34), 2nd Round (4-0) vs Raptors (59-23), ECF (4-3) vs Celtics (55-27), then 0-4 vs Champs GSW
-----------------
Not if we look at this data from their (Jordan/Lebron) runs, we can see that Jordan not only went against much higher win teams (57-win, 52-win, and 63-win) than Lebron who had to reach the 2007 ECF to face a 53-win team (lower than even Jordan's 1st round opponent). Mind you Jordan won 2 games vs the eventual Champions Pistons who 4-0 SWEPT the Lakers in the Finals. Lebron couldn't even take a single game from the eventual champions in 2007 or 2018.
-----------------
Lebron went against .500 (41-41) teams in the 1st AND 2nd round (oof).
-----------------
Here's the individual stats of these players before they teamed up with Lebron and here's Pippen's best season.
-----------------
Pippen : 22 ppg, 5.6 apg, 8.7 ppg, 49% fg
Wade : 25.5 ppg, 4.6 apg, 6.4 rpg, 50% fg
Bosh: 24 ppg, 10.8 rpg, 2.4 apg, 52% fg
Kyrie : 19.6 ppg, 4.7 apg, 3.0 rpg, 45% fg
Love : 26ppg, 2 apg, 13.3 rpg, 46% fg
Davis : 25.9 ppg, 3.9 apg, 12.0 rpg, 52% fg (slightly lower statistics than his usual because of injuries.)
Let's add Larry Hughes just to spice up the conversation, 22ppg, 4.7 apg, 6.3 apg, 43% fg
-----------------
See that shit?

I think lebron would be 8-0 in the jordan era. Imagine with phil jackson all the time, two of the highest bbal iq in the history together omg
@@bussheadboss1681 a 6,2 guy like isiah thomas played in the "twice as hard" era (and beat jordan by the way). and u wann tell me that a 6,9 260 guy cant play in this era? basically a bigger stronger faster jordan? and with two elite defenders like pippen and rodman and shooters like steve kerr around him he would kill this era man! you'd better not write anything for the next 2 weeks haha
@@Gentlemaneovah what are u saying, bcuz u ate saying the samething am saying, of course jordan would bully up thia era, scoring 60 a game easy, isiah and celitics beat jordan bcuz jordan didnt have eny help, he had no allstar just him, while the celitics had multiple allstars 4, the first time they get a allstar witch wuz pippen they swept the celitics, so what u really saying
busshead boss imagine if lebron played in an era where help defense didn’t really exist.
Hypothetically this is awful 🤦🏻♂️
Here is a question. What if Lebron James, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan played in one team. How many championships could they win. Consider their career moves, retirements, egos and may have to battle each other at some point. We can hypothetically use kobes era since they all played that era at some point.
Interesting suggestion! I’ll definitely consider it.
Probably 15 chips if they each know their place and have a solid supporting cast.
Jordan with Cavs beating the 2017 Warriors was like The 1993 Bulls beating 1996 Bulls🤦
don't mind me I'm just vibin' to "You Say Run" in the background
Nice vid
Your on weed the Mavs first wasn’t his first time in the finals and there was no pressure about leaving remember
You didn't get the example it was Brons first finals in MJs shoes
Also he was younger than what MJ was when he won his first so🤷🏽♂️
MJ ain't going to 5 of those finals (including 4 straight finals) with those Cleveland Cavaliers teams.
you mean those cavs teams with 3 all stars?
@@realitybites629 I could give him a solid chance at winning in 2017 if we're talking 91-93 Jordan. 2018 was a lost cause though.
@@simple45679 Probably, but i am not counting out on MJ, though. Those Cavs had a CHANCE to win game 1 lol. After that game, leron simply quit
Yes Jordan would go with Cleland the east was weak.
If I were to do this and make it without bias since you clearly have a biased opinion.
Jordan
2007: Lose
2011: Win
2012: Win
2013: lose
2014: Lose
2015: Lose
2016: Win
2017: Lose
2018: Lose
2020: Lose
Record: 3-7
Reasoning
2007: No way does anyone beat the 2007 team.
LeBron
1991: Win
1992: Win
1993: Win
1996: Win
1997: Win
1998: Win
Record: 6-0
The reasoning behind this is pretty simple, Jordan never faced much competition in the Finals, nearly all of his competition was in the East Playoffs so as long as LeBron makes the finals he will win.
No way that Jordan wins in 2015, 2016 or 2017 or maybe 2014. The Lebron takes are also trash. He isn't losing to the lakers lmao
he isnt getting stopped by a 32 year old hobbling injured parker and a 21 year old kawhi and a 36 year old duncan, and 2015 he would whoop that team as lebron choked
Jordan would win in 2015,2016, and 17 LMAO
@@hakeemolajuwonBESTROCKET he will not win with a 14 ppg d wade and 11 ppg bosh
@@hakeemolajuwonBESTROCKET bro fuck how old they were! Kawhi was the real fucking deal and everybody could see it you can't deny talent just to boost up mj he'd be easier to guard then lebron he's not nearly as big or strong and he doesn't facilitate kawhi is also bigger & stronger then mj i don't see any scenario where jordan cooks kawhi we've never seen. Kawhi level defender on mj! 6'2 180 pound gary payton ?? Thats his best defender
@@hakeemolajuwonBESTROCKET did u say lebron chocked in 2015? hahahaha did u even watch it? he was going brazy out there
If you add the conference finals i would give them almost the same record..
I started this video cause I wanted to see what happens. And I saw him riding jordan. 😭😭he ain’t beating warriors. He wont win a 1 championship back in Cleveland. And I think if mj played in lebron era he will barely win 3 championship. Game has changed. He will just be like a Demar derozan on steriods. And lebron would dominate the 90s winning at least 6 cause he will be in the finals every year for like 12-15 years straight.
Here’s a more realistic hypothetical:
MJ
2007 - Spurs in 4
2011 - W
2012 - W
2013 - W
2014 - Spurs in 4
2015 - Warriors in 6-7
2016 - Warriors in 6
2017 - Warriors in 5
2018 - Warriors in 5
Lebron
91 - Bulls in 6
92 - Bulls in 5
93 - Bulls in 5
96 - Bulls in 4
97 - Bulls in 5
98 - Bulls in 6
That aint realistic at all. Nice try i/diotic Lebron stan
Btw your band sucks
@@deepwaterrehab7685 awwww did i struck a nerve you walking anus?
W
Role reversed
LeBron 6-0 or at least 4-2
MJ 8-2 or at least 7-3
✊✊✊✊
It could've been a really good hypothetical situation up until he said that jordan and the miami heat will beat the spurs in 2013-14 finals. I just don't think that i won't happen. Many factors can happen like fatigue and injuries to other stars. Having to 3-peat is already a heavy wear and tear to the body of players. Even MJ in his two 3-peats had to recover and play baseball to have his youth back and his form being better than ever. There's just no way that they'll be taking that 4-peat.
Wasnt a problem for MJ's Bulls in the 90s
And playing baseball isnt recovering and he's older and doesnt have the explosiveness and quickness he had when he was younger you dope
After seeing you say MJ would've beaten GSW 2015 I stopped watching......Lebron averaged 36 PPG that series..
Meshack Mihayo i see MJ averaging over 40ppg. Between him and Kobe being one of the best scorers in the game and could lock down or guard your best player. I see MJ winning more than 3 rings if he were in Bron's shoes fasho.
below 40% from the field
@@fashion3745 he averaged almost 9 assists and 13 rebounds to go along with that
And if u think LeBron would be soft in the 90s (hypothetically)going up against tough not good Knicks, pistons, etc
