At around 34:20 it was stated that “if you can demonstrate that this is something you’re PASSIONATE about” you will be welcomed. When they were just clowning ppl who claim to be passionate but haven’t “started” yet 🤔
you can demonstrate that you are passionate about critical care, pharmacology and advancing your current profession which are all things that would carry over nicely as a CRNA

Yes but only if the orientation is going to be supportive for your learning (ask if they have precepted new grads before, orientation should be longer than 12 weeks)
