    To be honest, I have one of the most renowned bio teachers in my city, like he's known for teaching really well apparently. However, your video cleared the concept for me in literally 14 minutes MUCHHHHHHHHHHHHH better than he did over the course of two weeks!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much, Sal. 😊

    always so grateful for videos from khan academy and specifically Sal’s lessons! I always click on the video hoping to hear Sal’s voice and when it’s him, I get so happy lol he explains difficult concepts so easily and effortlessly 😂 best instructor out there, best one I’ve ever gone through! thank you so much Sal!

    this is what education is about, free, informative and no bigotry. I do not have to deal with some liberal agenda or some conservative piety, just the knowledge for me to consume.

    its those new school slides that make it hard to relateto, when the lecturer actually draws pic & writes words it gives you a better chance to absorb it

    At 9:03 , Its 2 sodiums that need to bind to transport 1 glucose. As such, 3 sodiums need to bind to transport one Amino Acid.

    So when glucose is getting back in blood stream then Na must also and also K must be entering and how des K enter the proximal tube or it does not enter

    Hey, Khan. I LOVE your Biology videos. I've learned and understood SO MUCH. Could you perhaps do a video or Transcription, since I don't quite get it (with the lagging strand, Okazaki fragments and all that).

    @abodxox Since the [K+] is high on the outside, then it binds to the pump without energy so it changes the shape of the Na+/K+ pump and K+ gets relaesed on the inside just like a carrier protein.... if u dnt still get it then....look up on khans videos on Sodium Potassium pump at 1:38.... ignore the first bit of the video about neurones.... hope this helps

    yep... probably because most of our professors are involved in research and have a concentrated, super in-depth knowledge in these areas. it's their blessing and their curse, methinks :/

    what about the shorter loop of henle...this model does not work for that
