- I made a homemade stucco sprayer.
Internal replaceable nozzles with a diameter of 2 mm, external exit opening of 16 mm. Distance between nozzle and outlet 30mm, used air pressure 6 bar.

OK, I have made a few of these mortar sprayers, for the jets I drilled out the back of some grease nipples and bumped out the ball bearing (they make excellent air jets and easy to replace if needed), for the sheet metal I used sheet steel off old washing machines, as you might guess I am always looking for the cheapest way to make things without sacrificing quality. I forgot to put in some sizes, so here they are, after removing the ball bearing from the grease nipple (jet) drill it out with a 1/8 drill and give a 1 1/2 clearance from the jet(nipple) and the front of the sprayer, the holes in the front of the sprayer are 3/4 of an inch. great job sir, i wanna ask you how much pressure this tool need, i can afford an 8 bar pressure , is it sufficient for the job ?
8 bar will be enough, the compressor should produce at least 180 liters per minute, otherwise there will be forced breaks in anticipation of the desired pressure in the compressor.
i tried to make one , well i finished it but it doesn't fully work, it eject the ciment but not at a good range and it sprayed in 3 narrow lines, if you have time can you give me the exact measurements you used for yours, caus i think mine is faulty because of the distance i put between the air exit and the ciment exit also the diameter of the air exit , sorry for my english, thanks and keep up the great work

my compressor produces 390 liters per minute at 6 bars, I think 200 liters should do the same.
