I feel like Arnold Wesker would be perfect to get the same movie treatment as Joker. With him working as a struggling ventriloquist and eventually creating his Scarface puppet and alternate personality.
I'd love to see animated DC movies that focus on villains. Penguin has a lot of potential, I can see it being like a rise to power story. Maybe have Batman pop up a few times as Penguin slowly gains more power and takes down other mobsters like Sal Maroni or Rupert Thorne, kinda like Tony Montana in Scarface.
