Its a hang nail because it's caused by a piece of nail you dont clipper properly. Like a shard of glass left on the nail and it gets caught of things and rips up the side of your skin.

For for the woman going to New Orleans... I've never been there, but, you should spend some of your time walking around the city trying to take interesting photographs. It's a good way to explore a city, it forces you to look for and focus (pun) on the particular things that are beautiful or interesting about a city. And could potentially spark conversation if you're blatant enough with your photography. I even love doing this in my city, Vancouver, in the middle of the night. But you're probably best off not doing that at night. Anyway, just an idea.

which are the same lyrics Matt said but I was looking more for the sound and the way the inflection of his words were.
I looked up the Missy Elliott song and at first I thought maybe that was it but it definitely wasn't either.

When I was in grade 1 or 2 in class I remember I had a red pencil crayon, and I was at my desk, and I randomly drew a red line across the top of my page, left to right.
For some reason I thought about that arbitrary moment now and again up until now. I'm 34. Sometimes I'll go a year or so without thinking about it but maybe I think about it 2-3 times a year on average.... At some point it sort of turned into a game. I don't know what it means, but I always imagine that one day something will happen that relates back to that moment and reveal some ultimate meaning.
Anyway, that's just a weird thing I do.

I went with my teenage daughter alone to New Orleans and it was so fun! Gotta get the beignets from Cafe Du Monde, go around shopping, so many cool stores, the WW2 museum and art museum are awesome! And I mean I’m an idiot and went to a show alone at night. As long as you’re careful, it’s a blast!!

Nola native here. spring is festival season so there are tons of things to do away from the Quarter. French quarter is cool to experience but it can be madness. Try Mid City/uptown for a more relaxed hang. Audubon park is awesome and centrally located
Edit: longest comment ever. WW2 is really neat…assuming you have an appreciated for history. And Muffuleta is good too…assuming you like olive salad
