I absolutely love your videos! I've been "binging on the tutorials " all day and I don't even have my embroidery machine yet! I'm anxious to take the classes and learn more about digitizing. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
ha ha ha! It's kind of funny, isn't it? I don't actually care because each dislike counts as engagement - so they are actually supporting the channel. I think they need to get a job though, there are hundreds of videos to dislike on this channel. And I don't care because they are helping me! I find it kind of hilarious, really!
I asked this of Embird along with a few other questions, and I didn't get an answer to these 2 questions. Can Embird delete hidden stitches? I watched your video about stitches and I think I saw a function where a portion of a design that was overlapping could be defined. Can that then be deleted to cut down on overlapping stitches? Do you have a tutorial on this subject? The other question I had was, does Embird recalculate stitches if you resize a pattern? You do go a bit fast in your tutorials, but I seem to be able to keep up, as I am quite familiar with Adobe Illustrator and this seems quite similar. I feel your tutorials are very informative. Thanks for your response.
I've been thinking of taking your classes on your web site, do I only get to view the class one time, ? Can I watch the class as many times as I need too ? Thank you
I have just upgraded to 2018 after watching this video thinking ...I do not see the knockdown stitches in Editor. I do see "fill closed contour" and "open closed contour"...what are these ? My version is now 10.33, seems the knockdown stitches would be there ? I love your videos !!
The later firmware versions no longer have Knockdown stitches. It is called something else now. Embrilliance didnt like Embird using the same name as their software so Embird was forced to change it. I guess Embrilliance owns the name Knockdown stitch lol
I just downloaded the latest update by Embird today (7/23/17) build10.25. Knockdown Stitches is not there. So I clicked on Filled Closed Contours and followed the steps in parameters like you showed in the video. It didn't add knowckdown stitches. I don't know why Knockdown Stitches isn't available? I restarted PC, etc. Can anyone help?
hi Sue, I just got the demo for embird, and I have been testing out the program, and with your tutorials I have been able to digitize, but I can not save my digitized image after I'm done working with it. so I haven't been able to embroider anything yet. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Actually on studio when I click on "design" the *save as or *save option is not highlighted so I can't click and use that option...also I can't actually open a pic from "design" I can only import from "image" I don't know if that makes any difference but thought I'd share that tidbit...I've been raking my brain out trying to figure out how to actually use the image I digitized...how do I save it?
+Oml Patches after I wrote this...I did think maybe that was why lol...thank you for responding, we'll I do luv the program so hopefully I can purchase it

Hi am interested in buying Embrid. I want to know how much will it be to buy the whole software.

Does this not work anymore? I have version 10.18, and I don't have those options when I right click.
i believe it is called something else now as "knockdown" was already in use by another company
