Episode 10: Roots | Clark's Resorts and Outposts

Episode 10 is here! This week we have a special extended episode for you! We'll take you back in time and explain our family's history in fur trapping and the outdoors lifestyle! From the very first minnow stand in Gord & Mary’s yard, to our first drive-in camp, to what we have today!
We'll tell you all about how Wayne and Karla got involved in fur trapping, minnow harvesting, and eventually into the tourism business! Then, you'll meet the Patriarch of our family, Gord Clark, a fur trapper who got his start in the 40's, and over 80 years later, still carries a passion for the outdoors and has passed down the legacy!
We hope you enjoy our story. It's important to us to reflect on where we came from and to always remember those who helped us along the way. It's been a fantastic life and we couldn't be more grateful for it.
